## About ThreatDown
AI has changed what businesses need to protect and how fast they need to respond. Ungoverned AI tools leak data through identities and API keys nobody's watching, while AI-driven attacks compress exploit windows from months to hours and generate the alert volume of dozens of attackers at once — a scale problem no team can staff its way out of. ThreatDown meets AI-scale risk with an AI-native platform built for more than the endpoint — one lightweight agent, one console, no tool sprawl. AI visibility flags every AI tool in use and blocks sensitive data before it reaches the model. ThreatDown ITDR monitors every identity, human and non-human, to catch compromise before attackers act. And Endpoint and email security stop attacks where they start - on the device and in the inbox. On top, ThreatDown MDR pairs AI-powered triage, with elite analysts who respond 24/7, detecting threats in a median of 5 minutes and containing them in 19. It's enterprise-grade protection at AI speed, without the headcount or complexity.

## ThreatDown Reviews
 ### 1. Infrequent user

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** steve s. | System Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

It has a very comprehensive platform. Responsive technical support.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

Several of the menu items are not intuitively placed. For example, the interface to configure DNS filtering is located under the 'Monitoring' tab. There is no remote-control utility.

Documentation is not useful. Searching for "How do I do this" instructions has never produced useful information.

Too much proprietary language. I'm not a security engineer and don't understand much of the language in the User Interface.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Monitoring our end point workstations to prevent malicious activity.

I appreciate the efficiency of endpoint handling and update management

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

It currently lacks AI-based management and does not feature separate server management.

ThreatDown is helping us by simplifying endpoint protection and making it easier to stay ahead of threats. Before, managing updates and keeping systems secure felt scattered and time‑consuming.

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

What I like best about ThreatDown is its combination of strong protection, ease of use, and clear visibility into threats. It delivers enterprise-level security without adding unnecessary complexity for day-to-day management.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

I don’t have many dislikes. If anything, some of the settings could benefit from clearer wording, and certain options could be easier to locate within the navigation.

 ### 9. Peace of Mind with Seamless Updates and Ransomware Protection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick H. | IT Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

The ability to have the peace of mind of keeping up on OS updates as well as software patches all long protecting from ransomware is great.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

It took some time to learn how to set up the correct policies and firewall settings.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The phishing browser plugin is of great help with having limited staff to train employees of what to click on and not click on.

 ### 10. The best EDR at the best cost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaime Ulises G. | Analista de ciberseguridad, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

Covers different attack vectors, and also includes with a single agent vulnerability analysis, Windows and third-party patches, email protection among other add-ons that are integrated according to the licensing.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

Sometimes it takes a little longer than usual for the endpoints to adopt policies. It's not very frequent, but it has happened to me.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Duplication of endpoint records when they change IP address

 ### 11. Extremely effective, great support, highly compatible

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle M. | Cyber Security Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

ThreatDown is great because it just works. There is very little hassle to the setup and very rarely gives us issues. The customer service is top tier, by far one of the most pleasant vendors I work with. The primary selling point for us is that it plays nice with our existing AV and we haven't had any conflicts between the two. We've been using ThreatDown for a few years now and they just keep rolling out new features (without charging more). ThreatDown does exactly what you'd expect it to do and more. I can't recommend the product enough. Our incredible account manager has regular meetings scheduled and is always available. The few times we've had to open tickets they've been resolved promptly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

I honestly have a hard time thinking of anything I dislike. The only thing I've run into is that TOR isnt an application that can be blocked by the application block, but that's so incredibly minor I don't think it's even worth mentioning.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThreatDown is keeping us protected. I run reports monthly of the detections and it's constantly working. The new addition of the patch management scans has been a huge benefit to us by giving us a second set of eyes on our vulnerability management plan.

 ### 12. ThreatDown, ThumbsUp

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

The OneView dashboard simplifies the management and onboarding of multiple client endpoints. Its forward-thinking approach to new product development and add-ons helps us maintain security in an ever-changing environment. Originating from Malwarebytes, IT support professionals and system administrators may recall it from over two decades ago as the trusted standalone tool that eliminated threats when mainstream real-time scanners fell short. Now that this tool has evolved to operate in real time as well, I find there is no need for any other solution.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

Learning all the new features and add-ons when they are released can be time-consuming.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm pleased to see progress being made in the area of email security. It's encouraging to witness ongoing development in this important field.

 ### 13. From McAfee to MalwareBytes to ThreatDown

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris C. | Director of Technology, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2019

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

Cost effective and solid remediation tools. They have been expanding their portfolio to provide a broader offering of security products.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

We would like to see more outreach from the organization. The typical "hi, it is time to renew... what can we do to help you" happens but there has been no regular cadence with our team.

**Recommendations to others considering ThreatDown:**

They are willing to provide you with a POC or demo of the software. Spending time with the software was what pushed us into buying it.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have not had any problems so far. We have detected and remediated a number of infected systems on our network.

 ### 14. Highly Recommended cybersecurity antimalware product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon S. | Systems and Applications Technician, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2019

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

The administrative console is easy to work with and implement, and Malwarebytes is always working to help bring data to the forefront so that you can see information on your environment more easily.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

Malwarebytes is offering ThreatDown in different bundles instead of letting you pick and choose which modules you want. This started happening late 2023. The price difference because of the bundles has not been very large, but it is nice when you can pick and choose.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThreatDown is finding threats that other endpoint protection solutions have not detected. ThreatDown is helping the web browsers of our users stay cleaner as well. Also, ThreatDown is helping with our 3rd party patching and giving us more visibility into our environment.

**Official Response from Angela Kelleher:**

> Hi Brandon!

Thank you for the positive feedback and for highlighting the ease of use and great interface. We’re thrilled to be such a valuable asset to you organization.

Best regards.

Angela

 ### 15. Good support in cybersecurity, but the platform is not user-friendly

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** jesus c. | Administrador de sistemas, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

It helped us a lot with the cybersecurity service issue, and good technical support, easy to implement and does not affect the end user.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

your platform is very unfriendly, some patch manager applications do not apply correctly

it helps us protect our endpoints, most of the time it is not necessary to do anything, since, normally, everything works by itself

 ### 16. Advanced Threat Detection Made Simple and Effective

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

One area that could be improved in ThreatDown is the initial setup and configuration process, which can feel a bit complex for new users.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By providing real-time threat detection, automated remediation, and centralized management, it significantly reduces the risk of data breaches and downtime

 ### 17. Excellent product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ian32 . | Administrador de la consola nebula, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

I love the patch management part, DNS filtering, app control, and many more exclusive features of Threatdown, which the competition doesn't have. Similarly, I love the ease of use of the entire Threatdown Nebula console, as well as the ease of implementation and integration with many technologies. My frequency of use is daily, as I manage several consoles for our clients at Cybersofb.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

perhaps the technical support part, sometimes it can be deficient

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes in a company we work for, there had been issues with unauthorized USB usage, and with the ease of blocking the USB port in ThreatDown, it solved quite a few problems for us. Similarly, in the area of DNS filtering, we literally hooked the client with that.

 ### 18. Great centralised endpoint management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sean D. | IT Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

Great centralised endpoint management - sensible and easy. Quick responses on support. Effective threat and vulnerability detection and prevention.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

Can't think of much. There were some issues with endpoint clients getting stuck and difficult to remove at one time but support resolved quickly with an easy solution.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralised endpoint management just makes threat detection and prevention and vulnerability detection easier and more efficient.

 ### 19. Excellent product with good performance and minimal end user impact

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2020

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

Delivers on its value proposition in that it does a great job beneath the covers to keep systems protected

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

Purchase process is painful for MSPs. Having to purchase through a distributor slows down the rollout

**Recommendations to others considering ThreatDown:**

make certain that the product purchase process integrates with your work flow -- purchasing this prior was very cumbersome

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping customer systems protected with good alerting and proactivity

**Official Response from Angela Kelleher:**

> Good day!

We're thrilled to hear that ThreatDown has delivered on our value proposition for you, this is music to our ears.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tomas B. | Sys Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2020

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

Lately there is much more visibility and it is easier for admins to find quarantined objects. big improvements to nebula console from before

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

should improve on patching engine for servers. Not great. reboots cannot be rescheduled/postponed

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Endpoint can be left unsupervised knowing it will always do it's best to keep it protected. Always gets updates from the cloud and user cannot tinker with it - having in mind that user has been stripped of local admin rights .

 ### 21. Best Malwarebytes Product Ever

It'd be nice if you could uninstall unwanted software from client machines right from the management console.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Endpoint protection. Vulnerability scanning. Patch management. Software updates.

 ### 22. Great Product for the k12 Edu space.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

What I like best about ThreatDown is how straightforward it is to install and manage. It seamlessly works across multiple platforms, including Macs, Windows devices, and servers, simplifying our endpoint security. This cross-platform compatibility reduces complexity and ensures comprehensive protection throughout our entire IT environment.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

What I dislike most about ThreatDown is the inconsistency in customer service—it's very hit or miss depending on which engineer you're assigned. This variability can sometimes lead to frustration or delays when troubleshooting issues.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThreatDown effectively solves problems related to malware detection, endpoint protection, and centralized threat management. With its Managed Detection and Response (MDR) capabilities, it provides proactive threat hunting, continuous monitoring, and rapid response to security incidents. It ensures our devices—across Windows, Mac, and server environments—remain secure from malicious attacks, ransomware, and other cybersecurity threats. This significantly reduces our risk exposure, streamlines management tasks, and enables quick action on potential security incidents, enhancing both our overall security posture and operational efficiency.

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2020

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

An easy to use solution that gets the job done.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

Periodic false positives lend to some extra noise but it's doing the work we need it to.

**Recommendations to others considering ThreatDown:**

Be sure to test all of the capabilities of this solution. There are many features and weighing them against the competition is always wise.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were struggling with numerous end-user security problems. After implementation, we were experiencing fewer security issues. We were better protected by using this platform. Major issues like viruses and ransomware were reduced and security was increased. We feel compliance was enhanced and the end-users were happier because they were dealing with fewer issues.

 ### 25. User Friendly UI / Strong Detection Rates

**Reviewed Date:** July 04, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

MDM support is in early development stages. I really would love the ability to run tasks without the app open locally on the endpoint.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Protecting my clients against persistent malware, provides a superior firewall to Windows built in Firewall and helps me eliminate vulnerabilities on their devices.

It helps me and my clientele sleep better by giving us peace of mind. It’s already quarantined a lot of Malware that went undetected by my previous solution.

 ### 26. Best in the market

 ### 27. One of the best scanning tools in the market

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

Quicker detection and response time in recent updates.
Improved reporting features with more detailed incident breakdowns.
Lower system resource usage during scans.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

Provide more detailed error messages when scans fail.
Allow custom scheduling for different scan types.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to do a complete scan on the devices and get the threats removed. The scan results are pretty easy to understand. It keeps updated with the new malicious files and also helps to remove registry modifications. Previously used to push scan results through sccm which didn't had a good success rates for scan results. Then integrated Malwarebytes with crowdstrike. So now with the help of crowdstrike we can easily push the scan and see live scan, get scan results real time. The success rate has drastically improved combing crowdstrike and Malwarebytes.

 ### 28. Powerfull AV

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Philippe C. | system admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

Easy to manage endpoint and server

Can see which endpoint need software update

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

updates of softwares from console not always working

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it detects vulnerabilities in third party software and offert to update them from the console

 ### 29. Threatdown is great!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Austin O. | IT Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 19, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

Ease of use. Great product. Great support. Great number of features.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

Nothing, everything has been great! No complaints.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping us secure in a time that is very crucial to do that.

 ### 30. Simple and Powerful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

The dashboard is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy to use and maintain even for new users. The implementation process is quick and doesn’t require complex configurations. The ticketing process is very responsive—support teams reply fast and provide effective solutions. Day-to-day maintenance becomes much easier thanks to automated alerts and responses.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

ThreatDown’s capabilities on macOS and Linux are still not as powerful or comprehensive as on Windows. Some protection features are either limited or unavailable on non-Windows platforms, which can be a drawback in hybrid environments.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThreatDown focuses solely on endpoint protection without being bundled with unrelated features like endpoint management or other categories. This focused approach gives me confidence that, when it comes to securing endpoints, ThreatDown can deliver better protection than many other products that try to do too much at once.

 ### 31. Best-in-Class Support Experience

 ### 32. Malwareytes Technical Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gary W. | IT Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 09, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed in which they got back with me on an issue I was having with a false\positive reading. They were able to walk me through a process to figure out what was going on and how to fix it.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

When removing an endpoint from the console, it removes it immediately. This part I like. The thing I dislike is that it takes up to 48 hours to remove the vulnerabilities that endpoint was generating. I would be great if the vulnerabilities from that endpoint were removed immediately as well!

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I stated earlier, I had a vulnerability that was a false\positive. Malwarebytes was showing a vulnerability for a program that was not on the computer. Turns out that the program was on there (once upon a time), but was uninstalled. What I didn't know, but Malwarebytes helped me figure out, is that there were still remnants of the program still in the registry. Once those were removed, the vulnerability went away. With their help, I am able to protect my endpoints.

**Reviewed by:** José Luis P. | Especialista de IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

ThreatDown has facilitated several things: patch management helps us keep equipment and programs updated and secure, the integration and implementation of the software is practical and easy to configure on the EndPoint, and management through the Nebulosa platform allows for centralized control.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

There is nothing at the moment that I don't like or find not very useful.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was complicated to keep the equipment updated and secure, today with ThreatDown we have been able to resolve it.

 ### 42. Awesome security software.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter Z. | Systems Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Awesome security software. used free one for 20 years. Recently got it for our organization, and couldn't be more happier. It has great protection, as well notifications of what and where was blocked etc. Easy to remedy any issues across multiple branches.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

Found that some legit software is occasionally blocked as well, but after submitting it to their techs that gets fixed very quickly

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keep software up to date and secure. Most software can be patched using threaddown which saves lots of time

 ### 43. Quick, easy, and safe

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A centrally managed AV program that is easy to handle

 ### 44. Happier than I thought I would be

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | IT Solutions Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2024

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

I like how ThreatDown does patch management. Since we are a small/mid business, we don't have an MDM in place, most of our systems are desktops. This software really helps keep systems up to date and reports out-of-date systems.
Not only does it patch the OS, it also patches Software. There are many things that I was amazed with.

It helps with inventory. Knowing what each OS is running, what software is on the machine, what version of the software, knows what needs updated.

Schedules. The fact that you can customize the schedule down to a 'T', is great. You can group systems with different policies for systems that need to stay online 24/7 vs end-user machines.

The Portal. Very easy to use, and the layout is excellent. I use the portal frequently to see where our computer systems are if they're updated, pending restart, and what has been detected.

The installation went well; there were only a few machines that I had to physically install the software on because they weren't on the domain.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

There's nothing that I dislike about ThreatDown. However, there are some features that I wish it had. (It might have these features, but I haven't found it).

Asset management - A way to assign a computer to a user so there's a name with the machine.
Network Inventory - A way to scan the network for known machines and report that they don't have Threatdown installed. (I think this would help find machines that were missed -- could find old and outdated machines)

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's detecting malware and blocking it. It's keeping our systems safe.
It really helps with inventory; I was able to pull the report and see serail numbers so I can make a list of old and outdated machine. This has been wonderful.

 ### 45. ThreatDown Malwarebytes EDR

**Reviewed by:** Bob S. | Manager, Professional Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2024

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

ThreatDown is so easy to use but has lots of features you can configure from the console. For a simple deployment you just install the agent and that's it.

There really is no downside to ThreatDown. It is simple, easy, fast to deploy and you know that your systems are secured by the best solution available.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThreatDown provides peace of mind knowing that my endpoints are fully protected. Email alerts and console monitoring are simple at intuitive.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Airlines/Aviation | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

I believe Threatdown covers the basic security requirements for a business that does not have a security team. The tool is pretty intuitive although there are limitations. The R&D is always looking to add more security services and it is becoming a one-stop-shop

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

The account management is not the best. I have also had occurrences of repeated false positives in some cases

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have a security team and threatdown helps with analysing potential incidents

 ### 47. Easy to use,Great Value for the cost

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

ThreatDown is very user-friendly with an intuitive interface that makes threat detection and response straightforward. The tool provides quick insights into security threats, simplifying my workflow significantly. Your paying for a quality product.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

Responses to support tickets sometimes lack the detailed information I need, which can slow down problem resolution.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThreatDown helps me proactively detect and manage security threats in real-time, significantly reducing incident response times. It simplifies monitoring, allowing our team to quickly identify potential vulnerabilities, enhance our security posture, and reduce operational risk, ultimately saving valuable resources and effort.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

Syncing to some equipment may take a bit longer. Maybe find a way of syncing more effectively.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Knock on wood, we didn't have any problems except now I have the ability to keep track of laptops outside of our network.

**Official Response from Angela Kelleher:**

> Good day!
We love this positive review, thank you, and we're thrilled to hear your upgrade went so smoothly and saved you so many hours of valuable time.
If you ever have further feedback please feel free to reach out to our support team - we are happy to help.

 ### 50. Thorough software and support - excellent product worthy investment!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2025

**What do you like best about ThreatDown?**

As a non-IT person, I appreciate the Threatdown folks so much! The support folks are always so polite, kind, and patient. That in itself is priceless. If I do not understand something, they have always been so kind to adjust and speak in language I can understand with clear instructions. We have been using Malwarebytes products for years with excellent results, pointed to them by local IT people. So glad for the Nebula product and MDR since we added a second office worker and have several computers sharing files on a server, etc. I can only imagine how much IT people must appreciate this product. It is amazing! It is easy to remove and add new work stations/ endpoints. It is very friendly to use and has so many features! Threatdown is such a blessing. Please keep it up, Threatdown staff! You are doing good things and are making a positive difference in the world! You are so loved. God knows who you are, each one of you. He loves you and is with you. May He bless you and yours abundantly and protect you all fiercely! Thank you.

**What do you dislike about ThreatDown?**

There are no issues we have encountered.

**What problems is ThreatDown solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It appears to be keeping us safe from the bad guys and provides reporting as often as one would like it seems. I chose a weekly report. We chose MDR and can see when a case is opened and how it is progressing, etc.
