"Complete Device Status Overview by Pulling Data Across Platforms"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ThreatAware?

pulling data from different other platform and give you complete overview of all devices status Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThreatAware?

ThreatAware relies heavily on connecting to existing security stacks (like Intune, Jamf, SentinelOne, or Okta) via APIs. If an organization uses niche, legacy, or on-premises security tools that lack public APIs, ThreatAware cannot fetch their telemetry out of the box, requiring custom development or leaving visibility gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ben Clarke-Smith of ThreatAware

Thank you for such a detailed and thoughtful review.

It's great to hear that bringing data together from tools like Intune, Jamf, SentinelOne and Okta into one view is saving your team from jumping between consoles, and that it's helping you spot and fix hygiene gaps faster. Continuous, agentless visibility is exactly what we set out to deliver, so it's good to know it's making a real difference.

You make a fair point about niche, legacy and on-premises tools without public APIs. We're continually expanding our integration library, and customer feedback like yours directly shapes which connectors we prioritise. Where a tool isn't supported out of the box, our team can often help find another way to bring that data in, so there's no need to live with a visibility gap.

If there are specific tools you'd like to see covered, please let your Customer Success Manager know, or get in touch with me directly. We'd love to hear which ones matter most to you.

Thanks again for the review.

"Great Transparency and Integrations, but Performance and Accuracy Need Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ThreatAware?

It provides clear transparency across the estate for devices, software, and compliance, making it easier to understand what’s in place and where you stand. The integration with our other tools helps a lot with this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThreatAware?

The performance and accuracy are sometimes lacking, meaning that although we have a general idea of what we have across the estate, it is not useful for accurate data or insights. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ben Clarke-Smith of ThreatAware

Thank you for taking the time to share such balanced feedback.

It's great to hear that ThreatAware is giving you clear visibility of devices, software and compliance across your estate, and that our integrations are playing a big part in that. We're also glad it's saving your team time on compliance and KPI tracking.

We hear you on performance and accuracy. Our goal is for ThreatAware to be a source of truth you can act on with confidence, not just a general picture, so we take this seriously. Data accuracy often comes down to how individual integrations are configured and how records are matched across sources, and that's something we'd really like to dig into with you.

I'd welcome the chance to review your setup directly, understand where the data isn't matching reality, and agree a plan to fix it. Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager, or contact me directly, and we'll get something in the diary.

Thanks again for the honest review.

"Centralized Monitoring with Seamless Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ThreatAware?

I really like how I can customize search queries and save them, which saves a lot of time when I need to access a repeat set of data. Another thing I appreciate is how well presented and designed the platform UI is; everything is very well written, described, and displayed. I haven't felt like anything in the platform, UI-wise, is unnecessary. I've created a few queries, and one particularly useful query I made is a Windows 10 & 11 and Intune Management query, which helps in collating data about device operating systems and management status. Also, ThreatAware helps by providing a single platform to access multiple data sources instead of navigating different platforms like Defender or Intune, and it facilitates exporting all data it has access to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThreatAware?

I believe the Users area is very underdone and underutilised. I've tried to search or filter through the Users section and export data, but it hasn't been the easiest. The Software Inventory area could be better presented, similar to the Devices area, with improved filtering, searching, and exporting options. When exporting data, it's been cumbersome, often requiring manual editing in spreadsheets. These areas feel like they could be much more powerful if reworked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ben Clarke-Smith of ThreatAware

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. We really appreciate it.

It's great to hear that saved queries are saving you time, especially on your monthly reporting. Your Windows 10 & 11 and Intune Management query is a great example of what we want ThreatAware to do: bring together data from tools like Defender and Intune so you get one clear view without switching between consoles. We're also glad the UI works well for you, as a lot of care goes into keeping it clean and easy to understand.

Thank you as well for the honest feedback on the Users and Software Inventory areas, and on exports. I've passed your comments through to our product team.

Thanks again for your support. We're looking forward to continuing to work with you.

"Instantly Surfaces Security Gaps with Effortless Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about ThreatAware?

I love how easy it was to set up. The API setups with the tooling were very straightforward, pretty much two or three clicks per integration, and I had about 20 integrations done within an hour. I love how the reports are easy to produce. I love the vast integrations it has with all the security tooling and ID identity platforms, things like Entra and AD. We use it with all our security platforms, anything from CrowdStrike to Defender to Active Directory all the way through to things like KnowBe4, which is great because it gives us a real fast scope of all of our tooling. I think having the data to hand instantly is valuable, and it surfaces issues and misconfigurations instantly, whereas before it was a manual task that took hours or sometimes days. So it's a tool that's saving the team time and money. The GUI of the web platform is really easy to understand, and being able to manipulate the data through cells and tables is really intuitive and pretty easy to pick up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThreatAware?

{"I don't, to be honest, I don't think there's any negative.","There were some new security products we picked up that weren't on the platform.","Because they all have APIs, there were things in the pipeline that could be added.","There was ability to kind of pick those up.","And integrate them."} Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ben Clarke-Smith of ThreatAware

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad ThreatAware’s straightforward integrations, intuitive interface, and easy-to-generate reports help your team quickly identify security gaps and save valuable time. We also appreciate your feedback about newer products and are always working to expand our integrations.

"ThreatAware Simplifies Security & CMDB Coverage with Trusted Live Numbers"
4/5
What do you like best about ThreatAware?

ThreatAware is really useful for consolidating a wide range of security and CMDB tools into one platform you can trust for live numbers and coverage. It’s always a tough question: “Does this asset have our security tools?” ThreatAware helps answer that fairly quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThreatAware?

Sometimes it takes a bit of customization to get the most out of it. That’s usually because each product we connect has its own API quirks, but the customer support team is really responsive and helps build custom solutions so we can get the most out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ben Clarke-Smith of ThreatAware

Thank you for the great review.

"Does this asset have our security tools?" is exactly the question ThreatAware was built to answer, so it's brilliant to hear it's giving you live numbers you can trust across your security and CMDB tools, and making coverage and compliance reporting much simpler.

We appreciate your point about customisation. Every product has its own API quirks, and we know getting the most out of each integration can take some tuning. We're always working to make more of that work out of the box, so less set-up falls on your team.

We're also really glad the support team has been responsive and helpful in building solutions with you. I'll make sure they see this.

Thanks again, and do get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or me directly if there's anything more we can help with.

"Enhanced Visibility, Needs Better Reporting"
3.5/5
What do you like best about ThreatAware?

I like ThreatAware's software inventory list that discovers what's in our estate. It's also great having visibility on tooling availability, and I find the security tooling dashboards helpful for stating the healthy percentage of tools detected in our estate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThreatAware?

I think the reporting and dashboard configuration in ThreatAware could be improved. It doesn't work as well for me as I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ben Clarke-Smith of ThreatAware

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

It's great to hear the software inventory and security tooling dashboards are giving you clear visibility across your estate, and that being able to show the percentage of healthy tools is proving useful. That view of coverage is at the heart of what ThreatAware does.

We appreciate your feedback on reporting and dashboard configuration. We want reporting to fit the way you work, not the other way round, so this is an area we're actively investing in.

We'd also love to understand exactly where it isn't working for you. Often a working session with our team can get dashboards and reports much closer to what you need, and your feedback will go straight to our product team. Please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or with me directly to set that up.

"Helpful Health Dashboard for All Deployed Integrations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ThreatAware?

Being able to view the dashboard with the health status of all deployed integrations is really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThreatAware?

The frequency of status updates for the endpoints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ben Clarke-Smith of ThreatAware

Thank you for the review.

It's great to hear the integration health dashboard is proving useful, and that having a device's health at a glance is speeding up your initial triage for tech support. Helping teams get to the answer faster is exactly what we want ThreatAware to do.

Thanks also for the feedback on how often endpoint statuses update. ThreatAware refreshes data across the platform every hour, which gives a consistent, reliable view of the whole estate. How current each status is can also depend on how often the connected tool updates its own data, so some sources may lag a little behind.

We know fresh data matters when you're triaging, so we'd be happy to look at your integrations with you and explain how each one refreshes. Please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or with me directly.

"Simple, User-Friendly, and Backed by Great Treataware Support"
5/5
What do you like best about ThreatAware?

It’s simple to use, very user-friendly, and the support from the Treataware team is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThreatAware?

It’s not that I dislike it; it’s more about how the team supports the things you need and how they keep the product updated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Ben Clarke-Smith of ThreatAware

Thank you for taking the time to write such a detailed review. We really appreciate it.

It's great to hear that saved queries are saving you time, especially on your monthly reporting. We're also glad the UI works well for you, as a lot of care goes into keeping it clean and easy to understand.

Thank you as well for the honest feedback on the Users and Software Inventory areas, and on exports. You're right that these could do more, and comments like yours help shape what we improve next. I've shared your feedback with our product team, but it would be great if you could raise a ticket so your Customer Success Manager can be in touch to hear more about the searches, filters and export formats that would help you most. That way we can understand exactly where the manual spreadsheet work is coming from.

Thanks again for your support. We're looking forward to continuing to work with you.
