After reviewing your website, I’m truly impressed by the work you’ve done — the design, the color scheme, and the overall user experience are excellent. Well done.

  ### 2. Powerful Sandbox, Practical for SOCs and IR Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Threat Zone?**

1. The Public & community submissions: Being able to view public submissions and analyses from other users is a huge time saver for threat context and quick cross-checks.

2. IOC search & filtering: Fast search across submissions for hashes, domains, and IPs. The useful filters (Informative / Suspicious / Malicious) make prioritization straightforward.

3. Rich report details from a simple scan: A single detonation gave me Whois/website metadata, detailed threat analysis, PCAP/network waterfall, and dropped file artifacts, all immediately actionable. I could also see the IOC pattern.

4. All-in-one experience: The platform provided me majority of the intel I usually have to gather from several open-source tools, which speeds up triage considerably.

**What do you dislike about Threat Zone?**

The product is excellent. One honest ask would be to review the pricing, to make it more affordable for small teams, researchers, and independent analysts.

**What problems is Threat Zone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Threat Zone automates malware analysis, centralizes community IOCs/artifacts, and offers exports/APIs, speeding triage and SOC response.

  ### 3. Great platform for artifact analysis with an intuitive UI and strong analytics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ruslan D. | SOC Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Threat Zone?**

The user interface is novel in its simplicity, intuitive design — I could navigate and start using it within minutes without requiring documentation. The statistical analysis module for artifacts is especially impressive — it gives more insight and assurance than other programs I've used, like Any.Run and Hybrid Analysis. All in all, it's a good, well-designed product that clearly puts the needs of real-world analysts first.

**What do you dislike about Threat Zone?**

On a couple of instances, the virtual environment would crash during analysis, and a session had to be re-started or re-submitted. It would also be useful to be able to close analysis sessions manually to prevent wasting time under multitasking conditions.

**What problems is Threat Zone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Although I couldn't do a full deep-dive due to my current focus on engineering management, I can already see that this platform would be a great fit for teams doing routine malware analysis or sandboxing. It combines analysis, visualization, and threat intelligence in a neat, streamlined process that could significantly lower investigation effort.

  ### 4. Smart Tool with Lots of Features

**What do you like best about Threat Zone?**

I like the static scan, the process breakdown board in emulation, the YARA hunting rule. The sleep evasion bypass and mouse sim, which simulates user activity in the environment to trick the malware into thinking that this is a real environment

**What do you dislike about Threat Zone?**

I wish they can add a live, interactive sessions in a virtual environment.

**What problems is Threat Zone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Threat Zone helped me analyzing malicious files and URLs easily without worrying about infecting my own environment

**What do you like best about Threat Zone?**

Overall, I really like Threat.Zone because it offers a comprehensive malware analysis platform with various tools for analyzing malware.
I especially love the features of the sandbox, PCAP analyzer, and URL analyzer.
The clean and professional layout makes it very easy to navigate right from the beginning.
The most impressive aspect of your site was that everything loads very quickly, even when I uploaded larger files for analysis.

**What do you dislike about Threat Zone?**

One suggestion is to add more detailed user guides or tutorials so that even new users can utilize your platform without any struggle.

**What do you like best about Threat Zone?**

I’ve been using Threat Zone for a few months now, and I have to say it is amazing! I use it mainly to analyze files on my computer in real-time to see exactly what is happening with the file as it loads. It has given me the peace of mind to know that my data is safe and secure from hackers and viruses.
The user interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I was able to figure out everything I needed to in a matter of minutes.
The alerts are very helpful. I love receiving an email every time suspicious activity is detected. This way I know exactly when a threat is present and can take the necessary steps to protect myself.
The software is always improving. They are always adding new features and upgrading the software to keep it up-to-date and functional.

**What do you dislike about Threat Zone?**

So far, I haven’t had any issues with the software, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for an anti-malware solution.

I would recommend increasing the number of file extensions that can be uploaded to the website for scanning. Some critical file extensions, such as .zip and .json, are not supported on the platform (particularly in the free version). More file extensions would improve the user experience even more.

**What problems is Threat Zone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Threat Zone collects and processes vast amounts of data and classifies it into various patterns using the threat intelligence it has collected. In my job, I must be able to identify malicious activity on my files quickly and efficiently. Getting this information quickly from the Threat Zone platform is essential as it allows me to gather the information I can use to make informed decisions on how to deal with the malicious threats on my files.

**What do you like best about Threat Zone?**

Threat Zone is a great tool that acts as a sandbox for malware analysis activities. **What do you dislike about Threat Zone?**

The Threat Zone pricing for the higher tiers is a bit on the steep side, which makes it unaffordable to individual researchers or students who are looking to get started in this field. There's a free tier, but it has a lot of limitations.

**What problems is Threat Zone solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever I have a business need that requires me to analyze a malware sample for threat intel, I turn to Threat Zone for it. It saves me on a lot of time and effort rather than setting up my own machine for this purpose.
