They advertise a free trial on their homepage, but still charged me after I followed their free trial process. Even after being charged, I tried their Web Unlocker service and it didn’t work. I contacted support about a refund, but they showed no remorse for the bug in their free trial process. Instead, they tried to blame me for violating their terms. Their customer support is unprofessional and unhelpful.
