They advertise a free trial on their homepage, but still charged me after I followed their free trial process. Even after being charged, I tried their Web Unlocker service and it didn’t work. I contacted support about a refund, but they showed no remorse for the bug in their free trial process. Instead, they tried to blame me for violating their terms. Their customer support is unprofessional and unhelpful. Plus, the SERP API feature is super simple for us to check SEO results. I appreciate the clear buttons and clarity for hard-to-understand features, and the support teams are great at solving problems quickly. **What do you dislike about Thordata?** I think Thordata is pretty good by now. Yes, there's a little one. What I valued was their claim of providing residential IPs that can be used to register Instagram accounts.
