Thisys Reviews & Product Details

Thisys (pronounced THI-SYS) is an AI-powered platform for surveys, quizzes and feedback forms from Thisys Technologies Pty Ltd, an Australian company. It began as SurveyFace in 2012 and was relaunched as Thisys, rebuilt around AI. You describe what you need in plain English and Thisys drafts it for you to review. Or start from one of 570 editable templates across 30 industries. Collect by web link, email invitation with delivery tracking and automatic reminders, QR code or website embed, or put a tablet in kiosk mode. Analysis goes beyond a chart. Cross-tabulation with significance testing and weighting, automatic NPS scoring, themes across open-text answers, and an AI Decision Report: a verdict, the evidence behind it and recommended actions. The findings are computed from the data, and any AI sentence that contradicts them is left out. Reports export to PowerPoint, Word and PDF; responses export to CSV, Excel and SPSS. Quizzes mark themselves, with pass marks, partial credit, a gradebook, item analysis and certificates anyone can verify online. Protect finds tax file, Medicare and ABN numbers and card numbers using their checksums, and masks personal data on shared results. Consent records, retention windows and anonymous collection are built in. AI runs on one named provider, Anthropic Claude. It reads a survey's responses only once the owner allows it, and every AI output is a draft until you accept it. Free plan: unlimited surveys, all 19 question types and 1,000 answers a month. Pro is US$19 a month and Business is US$99 a month. Enterprise is custom, by conversation.
