Third Wave has helped with our SAP B1 solution and making the ERP work for us. They've provided seemless integrations with other programs using their BizWeaver tool allowing us to be more efficient and effective with our work. I miss working with the former CEO. She was great, took really good care of our business needs. Unfortunitly she retired and i have not formed a relationship with the new leader of the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When it comes to consulting TWBS has always provided a good return on investment. They are deffinitly not the cheapest when it comes to dollars per hour. But we have always received a good value for the dollars we spent on consulting. They have an excellent team of rescources. Defferent members of the team specalize in different Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Third Wave Business Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?

Third Wave Business handles our SAP Business One maintance, intigrations, upgrades and enhancements. Our company also uses several addons created by TWBS that have become critical to our business processes. These include APP, intigrated credit card processing and BizWeaver automation. As a power user of SAP Business One, I can count on thiere support to be timely when I need them, and solve the promblm as quickly as possible. On occaisions, they've detected problems I was not even aware of (mostly memory issues) , and brought them to my attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Othere support partners my coddle a SAP B1 site and thuis restrict you from growing to the level of spophisitication you need. Not so with TWBS. TWBS is my Hosting and my Support partner for SAP Business One. As a support partner thay give me the flexibility to grow our system to the sophisitication it needs and assisting on many of the problems of such sophistication. Do your due diligence in establishing your needs and then meet with Thirdwave to see if there is alignment. I think the team there is solid, has strong knowledge of SAP, and as long as there is alignment between what they can offer and your needs, it's worth exploring. The out of the box SAP B1 forms did not have the fields and information we needed for our business, but by using APP we were able to put all the information needed on the different marketing documents as well as create queries using these new fields.
