**What do you like best about ThingTech?**

I love their super clean user interface, easy to understand menu system, and unparalleled customer service whenever we run into a problem specific to our company.

**What do you dislike about ThingTech?**

I wish there were more bespoke and customization solutions for our specific field of work, which is in the e-commerce industry. Other than that, everything else is great!

**What problems is ThingTech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ThingTech has helped my company manage its logistics involving inventory, fleets, and assets. Their software keeps things efficiently organized and it's been much preferred to our older, more manual systems in the past.
