Customer service support representatives are always eager to help, professional and knowledgeable. I have literally never had a question or problem they couldn't fix. I always receive a follow up email with a synopsis of the problem or question and the remedy to fix it. I save the responses in case the issue comes up again in the future. It's usually user error and not TherapyNotes' error I might add. Wonderful company and staff!

An intake form that is more child friendly (i.e., parents complete about their child) would be nice.
