I really didn't like how TheHOTH's link-building quality decreased over time. Initially, they provided not too bad links, but after about six months, they started offering extremely poor quality ones. They resorted to using content farms and even engaged in ghost linking, where they claimed to have delivered links without actually doing so. This approach included inserting unrelated paragraphs into articles, which was acknowledged by their Customer Success Manager when confronted about it. Their failure to stick to their agreement of delivering authentic, genuine, high-quality links was frustrating. It was when there was a billing mistake on TheHoth's behalf and it wasn't corrected for a few months and they expected me to foot the bill. I'm sorry but it's your mistake. Own it.

It is very detailed yet intuitive. This should give a good basis for setting a plan of action for improving function and visibility. The report offers extensive material and direction. It is a good tool to assist in prioritization of what needs to be done to the company a better reach across the local marketplace.
