The management. It's a toxic environment from top to bottom

It's not helping at all. It's the worst CRM ever

**What do you like best about theCRM?**

CRM is easy to acces to everyone. Very accessble to other devices. When i find our clients, its easy to fall out. I always use this CRM everyday. This is the best tools.

**What do you dislike about theCRM?**

Maybe the one that i don't like to this app, is sometime its so hard to create the reports.

**What problems is theCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating Report. I try to analyze to to make a usable report. Then so lucky I have learned how to create a report. Its very easy to check all services.

**What do you like best about theCRM?**

I like about the CRM software and it very helpful in tracking the customer data this also allows me to keep track teams activity in one place and  it is very time saving and useful.

**What do you dislike about theCRM?**

I didn't find any dislike about this sofware it is very easy to integrate and i like the way when we can enquiry about the products, data for all customers through it is cleary easy to understand.

**What problems is theCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is very helpful to track the records of all the data and it is time saving process before i was facing some issues to track the data but the help of CRM software i can save alot of time and data.

Everything is in one place, and allows you to see more data. It helps you view more opportunity within each account and helps to reduce risk.

**What do you dislike about theCRM?**

Still a little bit early on, but overall very satisfied.

**What problems is theCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to reduce risk in deals by seeing more data on one screen. This gives access to work through the challenges prior to it becoming to late in the deal cycle.

**What do you like best about theCRM?**

When I was first introduced to this CRM system the company was using the "least worse" option to meet the unique company requirements. theCRM team seamlessly implemented the product, but more importantly, we were able to adapt the program specifically to meet the needs of the business, which meant we no longer needed to make do and find workarounds but could move forward with a fully integrated system into the heart of the companies day to ay business. 

The whole system was developed and integrated from concept to implementation in less than 3 months hitting a tight timeline that would have had catastrophic if missed. The fact that there is no hierarchy or primacy to the data makes this CRM useful for all types of applications and extremely intuitive to use. 

I was so impressed by the capability of the product in combination with the service, that when I moved business' I immediately implemented the system within the company's structure.

**What do you dislike about theCRM?**

I am always nervous about stating there is not an issue with a product, but in reality, it archives everything it needed to in both installations I have been involved with. Typically the tiny idiosyncrasies are a consequence of the browser, not the system.

Moreover, any problem with the system has always been resolved within hours following a quick phone call.

**What problems is theCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I first installed this system into the company we had specific requirements on our wish list to enable us to perform the day-to-day tasks. These were 
- Off-line usage 
- implementation onto a tablet
- Simple integration of photos taken on-site against a project. 
- output of forms on site 
- output of signed electronic documents on-site and emailed immediately wifi signal was found. 

All of these were achieved and some were implemented from concept to roll out in less than 3 months.

**What do you like best about theCRM?**

The fact that you can link anything to anything. If you have a complex route to market that involves a range of influencers it is the only system that I have found that can simply cope with that> I also felt during design and implementation phase that CRM UK understood my business needs and was able to quickly translate this to custom features that make the system very useful.

**What do you dislike about theCRM?**

Very little that can't be added in the customisation phase.

**Recommendations to others considering theCRM:**

understand your process and be able to describe it before customising theCRM.

**What problems is theCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the business has complicated relationships between projects, specifiers, resellers and contractors and theCRM allows you to take a 360-degree look at this. This information could only previously be stored in a linear manner and as such wasn't very accessible

**What do you like best about theCRM?**

I use theCRM as a third party business consultant for my clients. Currently 2 Clients are using the software. My role in supporting them is to provide strategic support for their sales and marketing departments.
In my own experience of CRM, this is the most logical option I have worked with. My clients love it, their users love it and the team at CRM-UK are always a real pleasure to engage with.
If you have tried to tailor a CRM in the past, to fit your own Sales Processes, you may have had to create some workarounds. Not with theCRM, it is so agile and appears to have been developed with business need as well as user requirement as the critical factors.

**What do you dislike about theCRM?**

There is very little to dislike. It does what it should for the Business. It does what it should for the strategists, and it definitely does what it should for the users. My only negative is that I never found it sooner for lots of business leaders that I know.

**What problems is theCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complex management of Construction Industry Projects. Managing so many contacts that are not classed as a "Customer" or "Lead" would have typically meant creating workarounds. Not with theCRM, you can create multi layered relationships and 'link' different entities to different entities. Almost think of it as unstructured data, that is structured ! 
User Engagement is also a massive factor in any CRM deployment. Industry watchdogs happily report on high rates of CRM project failure. theCRM is used by people because it works naturally, how they would work and how they would think. If the users enjoy using it, you are far less likely to become another of those reported failures.

Secure, very flexible, easy to use and easy to integrate with. 

Capability to scale and support more business functions. 

Accessible responsive service team.

**What do you dislike about theCRM?**

Nothing to note but it is important to remember that the system becomes part of your business when you invest time into getting the set up right.....this can de very simple.

Sales, marketing, support contact management

Integration with Xero, Teams and email workflow

Getting the staff disciplined about data management and sharing whilst respecting GDPR
