The People Experience Hub Reviews & Product Details

The People Experience Hub is an employee listening and engagement platform that helps organisations understand how their people truly feel and, crucially, what to do about it. The People Experience Hub brings together employee surveys, feedback tools, analytics, and expert support within one intuitive platform. It is designed to help organisations move beyond collecting data for reporting’s sake and instead turn employee insight into meaningful, positive action. The People Experience Hub enables organisations to listen to employees at the moments that matter most across the employee lifecycle. This includes annual engagement surveys, pulse and check-in surveys, onboarding and new starter feedback, and exit surveys. By capturing feedback at the right time, organisations gain a clearer and more accurate picture of the employee experience. The People Experience Hub focuses on providing clear, actionable insights rather than overwhelming dashboards. Leaders and People teams can quickly understand what is driving engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, and performance, allowing them to prioritise actions with confidence and clarity. What sets The People Experience Hub apart is its human-first approach. The platform is built to be simple for employees to engage with and easy for teams to manage. Surveys are flexible, inclusive, and reflective of modern workplaces, while results are supported by practical recommendations, benchmarking, and expert guidance. This ensures organisations are never left asking what to do next. The People Experience Hub is trusted by organisations across the private, public, and third sectors that want to improve employee engagement and retention, build inclusive and supportive cultures, strengthen leadership and manager capability, and make informed, evidence-based people decisions. More than a survey tool, The People Experience Hub is a partner in listening, learning, and improving the employee experience, helping organisations create workplaces where people feel heard, valued, and able to do their best work.
