The Business Edge handles all of these natively, so you get the results you need without extensive customization: Lot traceability and mill test reports (MTRs), with certificates of compliance tied to every shipment Dual units of measure - pieces, weight, kegs, or boxes - on the same item Bills of materials for kitting, plating, and other secondary processes Vendor managed inventory (VMI) with bin-level tracking at customer sites Complex pricing structures based on quantity breaks and customer classifications Import documentation and compliance requirements Inventory tracked by location and lot number across multiple branches The Business Edge also includes a wireless warehouse, workflow automation, CRM integration, sales tax through Avalara, and shipping through ShipEngine. Purchase orders are validated for package quantities, availability, and pricing at entry and can be submitted electronically to key suppliers without double entry. The system is designed to be learned quickly. Every screen uses the same visual cues, mouse clicks, and keystrokes, so once users understand one part of the system, they intuitively understand the rest.
