Thawly Reviews & Product Details

Most sales teams sit on hundreds of lost deals and dormant accounts that quietly go cold — because no one can watch them all. Thawly does the watching for you. Upload the companies you care about — deals you lost, accounts you want to win, clients you already manage — and Thawly tracks them every day across Companies House and dozens of other UK public data sources. When something material happens (new funding, a leadership change, a contract win, new borrowing, a hiring spike, a distress event), Thawly scores it for accuracy and impact and sends a single daily digest — only when there's genuinely something worth acting on. No dashboard to babysit, no feed to trawl, no noise. Every signal arrives with an AI-drafted message ready to copy and send — a re-engagement note for a lost deal, a first-touch for a target account, or an account briefing for a live client. You decide whether to act; Thawly makes sure nothing slips past you. Why teams choose Thawly: - UK-first — built around Companies House and UK public records, not generic global data - The email is the product — it only lands when a real change fires, so it earns the open - Outreach written for you — every signal comes with a drafted, context-aware message - Accuracy + materiality scoring — surfaces the changes that matter, suppresses routine noise - Privacy-respecting — stores company names only; no contact data, minimal GDPR exposure - Live in minutes — start from a CSV, the Chrome extension, or sync closed deals from your CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Capsule, Zapier and more) - Simple pricing — every plan includes all signal sources, AI drafting and unlimited seats; you only pay for how many companies you monitor Best for: UK B2B sales teams, brokers, agencies and service firms that win through relationships and timing — re-engaging lost deals, warming target accounts, and spotting change across their book — rather than cold-volume prospecting.
