**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Testsigma?**

The support team's attention is highly recommended; if they can't solve something immediately via chat, they will take the query to resolve it, often creating a custom add-on if necessary.

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

When you want to make scripts a little more complex, particularly when adding IF-type conditionals, the time it takes to run test cases increases considerably.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us resolve regression tests, which are very repetitive.

  ### 5. No code automation tool which is easy to use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

Rich visual reports, logs, and screenshots make failures easy to diagnose and test quality easier to measure over time. Ease of Integration with CI/CD and Other Tools (Jira, TestRail)

**What do you dislike about Testsigma?**

Testers may hit a ceiling where advanced logic becomes hard to express via the standard interface.

Testsigma is priced as an enterprise-grade SaaS, and costs can add up based on usage, test runs, and concurrent sessions.

**What problems is Testsigma solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Generally manual testers often struggle to pick up traditional script-based automation tools & Testsigma is helping to solve this problem as Its codeless, NLP-based scripting makes it accessible for non-programmers to create and maintain tests.

Benefits: We were able to onboard manual testers into automation efforts, increasing team coverage and collaboration.
