Very simple to use, import test steps from csv or Excel. Collaboration with multiple users at the same time is flawless. The simple integration providing links to our ticketing system is great. What do you dislike about Testpad? 3 things bug me: - it is very easy to delete accidentally a row of tests. Luckily this can be undone with a simple ctrl+z or by locking the script - users without Admin rights can not reopen completed runs, in order to mark failed tests as passed once they are fixed - no API is available.
