3 things bug me:

- it is very easy to delete accidentally a row of tests. Luckily this can be undone with a simple ctrl+z or by locking the script

- users without Admin rights can not reopen completed runs, in order to mark failed tests as passed once they are fixed

- no API is available. I would like to integrate Testpad results with my central reporting tool, where I also report on automated tests Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
