Their range of products are great. **What problems is Testgrid solving and how is that benefiting you?** The tests are allowing us to manage unconscious bias inherent in the more traditional parts of the process like interviews and assessment centres. ### 2. It isn't confusing in anyway. I do like how I can go in, look up a candidate instantly and download the assessment report I need. **What do you dislike about Testgrid?** At times, there are glitches and reports can take a while to download. **What problems is Testgrid solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are using it for our early careers program. So it allows us to bring in early career talent at scale, knowing we have a group of individuals who are likely to succeed in the role. ### 3. The team explained the appropriate assessments to include to assess aptitude and emotional intelligence allowed us to make a more informed decision. **What do you dislike about Testgrid?** Some of the assessments can be quite technical, but that's only because they are so in-depth and are worth doing. Plus the Experts team provides you with a full breakdown of what the data means. **What problems is Testgrid solving and how is that benefiting you?** After hiring a number of candidates that were not able to perform in key roles, we turned to psychometric testing and approached a number of providers. There were a lot of options but the Testgrid team's knowledge of the assessments, the recruitment process and how to use data collected at the recruitment stage to develop employees put them way ahead of the rest. ### 4.
