The main issue with this platform is its overwhelming complexity, which can easily cause an average user to get lost among the countless dropdown features. For example, something as straightforward as ordering a motor vehicle report requires navigating through three separate dropdown menus. While there are options to organize candidates into different groups and categories, the process is unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. Although the platform offers many features, it lacks practicality for a typical mid-sized trucking company. Simplifying the workflow and possibly reducing some of the platform’s functions could help address the clutter. Overall, I find it too busy, not user-friendly, and difficult to learn.
