This software is hands down the blueprint for what all other softwares alike are trying to accomplish. I've been using tenorshare for years and this is another review I had to share with anyone who isn't sure if it's worth your time and money. Not only does the software exceed my needs but the customer service they give is hands down the best. They took care of me as if I were a guest in a 5 star hotel. They are like Alfred and I'm Batman and their software is my utility belt. Everything for all my situations from Android to iOS, Mac and PC. Friggin amazing. Thank you guys again so much. The software is insanely simple to use and navigate with no prior experience with backing up or recovering data. The software is also a great price for everything that is included. Truly one of my favorite softwares incase of accidents or something unplanned that helps me get back on my feet easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. One bug I do is sometimes when connecting my iPhone the software does not recognize my phone, which could be a problem with my cable, however I have used a plenty of different ones. The quick fix is usually just restarting the program and it recognizes it instantly. Other than that small fixable problem, this software is truly the best for IPhone data recovery. Products don't work. Company will refuse to honor 30day money back guarantee. They will blame any problems on your hardware, even if you are using it without issue. As a person who constantly loses their phone I love this product. Not having to worry about losing all my files was crucial. I've lost many photos and videos and feel secure when using this prodct.
