The interface is very user-friendly, and it didn't take much time to explore and learn how to operate it on my first attempt to retrieve data. The interface provides relevant options that allow me to find the files I need from different categories. The customer support is also very fast, and they can assist in solving the difficulties I raised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although it is very easy to use, I have already purchased your company's software for the fourth time, each time with a perpetual license. However, because I have reinstalled my computer twice, the original account cannot be changed. Could there be a mechanism where when I register a new computer, the original computer with the same registration code becomes unusable? This would be more user-friendly for individual users. Tenorshare 4DDiG is fast, reliable, and incredibly easy to use. It recovered files I thought were gone for good, even after a system crash. The user interface is clean and beginner-friendly, and the scanning process is quick yet thorough. Definitely a lifesaver when it comes to lost or deleted data. The only downside is the license limitation to one PC, which can be inconvenient if you switch devices often or upgrade your system. It would be great if the license offered more flexibility across devices without needing additional steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
