No one keeps the same computer for more than a few years. So if you buy the lifetime membership you should be able to uninstall from the old and install to your new one. You paid for the license so there is no reason you can't change it from one computer to another as long as it is still being used by one pc. This program is extremely straightforward and made recovering a large number of maliciously deleted photos very easy. It operated independently and worked as quickly as my computer and drive could handle. I was pleased with how many photos the program managed to recover.
