Tenant Inc and all their team members go even further than that. When one prepares to hire a company to do a service, there is a level of anxiety that sets in hoping that the right decision has been made, and the investment was worth it, until the fruits of that decision become evident. Worry not! This team ensures that your decision is successful and will not allow any failure. They don't stop, give up, or sit stagnant hoping for the result they set out to gain. They work hard, and then some, to bring forth the enhancement of what you were searching for. Countless team members have made my operation so much better than it ever was. Thank you for all you hard work! **What do you dislike about Tenant Inc.?** There are speed bumps, hiccups and issues as with anything we do, but there isn't anything I would say I dislike about Tenant Inc. It's the response to those issues that matters and they are fantastic. **What problems is Tenant Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tenant Inc is solving so many issues operators have in this industry. They are creating and constantly improving a product that focuses on the operator and their needs. With an open platform to include external services to work with their systems, and a constantly developing program set that allows for enhanced capabilites and operational effeciencies, Tenant Inc and their systems solves so much for our operations. ### 3. They are responsive to requests and suggestions. We have been using them for our website platform for years and will continue our business relationship with them long into the future. **What do you dislike about Tenant Inc.?** There isn't much to dislike. Our property software Hummingbird is still in its early phases, but any issues are promptly addressed. **What problems is Tenant Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tenant Inc. provides both our website hosting as well as our software platform. The software is easy to use, implements up-to-date technology and provides a platform for us to convert leads to rentals easily. ### 4.
