Never had any streaming issues on the platform itself and I've freuqently used it. it's pretty easily integrated into an audience member's day because of the landing page and pre-registration feature. there's usually always someone on customer support that knows how to fix any bugs or potential issues. easy implementation of your slide presentation into the stream because you can upload a powepoint directly to the platform. **What do you dislike about Ten Events?** It doesn't allow you to go to a true full video screen. there is always a banner/wrap around the video - even in full video mode. I'd really like to have a truly full video experience if iI choose to. Sometimes the player quality could be higher, but generally it's not an issue. **What problems is Ten Events solving and how is that benefiting you?** Security. Some clients don't want to stream to sites like YouTube or other social platforms and instead want to stream to a more private secure platform. ### 2. The engagement tool suite was intuitive, captivated our event audience at critical moments, and provided in-depth reports. This information assisted me in updating my presentations for better engagement during future events. From beginning to end, the Ten Events team treated me as a partner rather than a client, ensuring we stayed ahead of schedule during the event logistics and preparation process. When it came to our first event, I felt confident in their team members' expertise and ability to ensure that our message was received correctly. They have also helped us create new types of content for our event that we previously never had considered. The service from Brian, Olivier and Tim has been exceptional - they always go above and beyond. **What do you dislike about Ten Events?** The only issues we have had with Ten Events are related to the paywall we have had in place for our video content. They treat this program very much as if it were their own. They troubleshoot or work through any potential issues with very little involvement from our team.
