The tool to lock/unlock the room before the start of show is a cool feature to let you test and check your stream without an audience seeing anything.

the platform (on the production side) is pretty straight forward and spelled out so the iconography and text is easily navigatable, even for a first time user.

Never had any streaming issues on the platform itself and I've freuqently used it. it's pretty easily integrated into an audience member's day because of the landing page and pre-registration feature. there's usually always someone on customer support that knows how to fix any bugs or potential issues. easy implementation of your slide presentation into the stream because you can upload a powepoint directly to the platform. It doesn't allow you to go to a true full video screen. there is always a banner/wrap around the video - even in full video mode. I'd really like to have a truly full video experience if iI choose to. Sometimes the player quality could be higher, but generally it's not an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The finished product is slick - a great asset for a small organization that doesn't have a lot of funds for the bells and whistles needed to convert a zoom recording to something that doesn't look amateurish.
