I find the insights offered by Temso AI very good for helping my clients with their web positioning. It gives me the ability to offer my clients a new service and be specific with their positioning needs in the digital environment. It seems to me that the dashboard could be improved. It could also be improved by allowing the selection of more countries per prompt. When I enter a prompt, it only lets me choose one country, and that takes time when my client wants to know what's happening in several countries. I use Temso AI to find competitors and analyze the competitive landscape. I love how it provides a fantastic overview of the competitive landscape, audience, and visibility. I am especially happy with the brand ranking and share of voice features. I appreciate having access to source URLs and detailed information about visibility. We started using Temso to understand how Half Asleep was being mentioned in AI tools like ChatGPT and Google’s AI overviews. The tool gives us a full picture of how often we appear, what attributes are linked to our brand, and how that compares to our competitors.

The most valuable part has been the perception data. Seeing how AI describes us as sustainable or premium, and watching those patterns change month to month, has helped us make better marketing and content decisions. For our brand, those attributes are critical and we need to monitor them very closely.

I really appreciate the comprehensive dashboard that Temso AI provides. It's great because I can see everything from our current visibility to how we're doing with LLM search engines. It's also really helpful to see how our competitors are doing in the same categories and what our share of voice is like. It's informative to know with which keywords we're best associated and whether people link our brand with high quality or not. I think one of the things that could definitely be improved is, at times, the content suggestions. I think it would be really useful if it could be more comprehensive in auditing our sites. Auditing our site and then being able to suggest to us directly relevant content suggestions for our site, or for other third-party sites where we can create that content that would boost our LLM visibility, would be really useful. That way it's not just a tracker, it's also an assistant creator for us, if you could put it that way. The one thing that I think could be approved upon in the setup is that when we had to do the prompt setup because we unknowingly included prompts that initially skewed our AI visibility score. I like Temso AI because it puts everything I need in one place and allows me to talk to AI Agents who give me advice on what to improve. I appreciate that I don't have to search for statistics as it automatically points me to the right stats, analyses, and information I need.
