## About Telofy
Telofy is an AI phone receptionist for small and mid-sized businesses in Germany. It answers every call in natural German, captures the caller's request, books appointments, takes orders and prints them directly on the kitchen or order printer, quotes prices from the business's own catalog, and forwards urgent calls to a human. After the call, the owner receives a structured summary by email, Telegram (with confirm buttons) or web push, and every case can be passed to other systems via webhooks, an open API or MCP. Telofy is prepared for 45 professions, from trades and medical practices to restaurants and property management. Pricing starts at EUR 79 per month with 800 call minutes included, no setup fee. Processing takes place in the EU, no audio is recorded, and a data processing agreement is included in every plan. Resellers can sell Telofy under their own brand, domain and prices from the first customer.
