"Smooth Interface, Needs Features Refinement"
What do you like best about Teleport.Video?

I like the clean modern interface of Teleport.Video, which makes everything feel lightweight and easy to use. The instant screen sharing feature is handy, and I appreciate that there's no need to download or install additional plugins, which some other apps require. The video call quality is surprisingly good, especially when compared to Zoom or Meet, as it feels smoother even with multiple participants. The platform simplifies starting meetings and screen sharing without confusion. I also like the integration with other tools, such as Slack and calendar options, which enhances its usability. The initial setup was extremely easy, with quick account creation and seamless calendar integration. The ease of use and smooth video quality stand out for me. What do you dislike about Teleport.Video?

I experience audio mic or connection glitches, and the video call quality isn't always stable, especially with large groups. The recording and file sharing features are limited and not always reliable. There are also constraints with advanced features like compressing large files, and meeting duration limits exist under certain plans. It feels less personal and natural at times, and internet bandwidth or stability can impact performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use with Room for Growth"
What do you like best about Teleport.Video?

I find Teleport.Video's ease of use really impressive, especially the 1-click join via link feature that doesn't require an account for participants, making it ideal for external calls. Its solid browser compatibility with Chrome and Firefox adds to its convenience. The app supports mobile usage, allowing full participation including screen sharing, so I can seamlessly 'teleport' from my phone. I appreciate its low bandwidth needs as well; it manages decent video and audio quality even on slower connections. Its core features like screen sharing, unlimited 1:1 calls, participant visibility during calls, and recording notifications are quite beneficial. I also value the privacy and security basics, including SSL encryption and room access restrictions. Additionally, fast sharing without reducing quality enhances my video sharing experience significantly. Overall, it's easy to understand and makes features directly visible on the screen for better clarity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teleport.Video?

I feel that the free tier is pretty limited since it only supports up to 4 participants, which isn't ideal for anything beyond small meetings. The feature set seems a bit basic for 2025, missing more advanced tools like webinars, breakout rooms, polls, and AI transcriptions. There are also some mixed reviews on reliability, with some users mentioning glitches like login loops and kick-outs. It hasn't seen a massive update lately either. I'd also like features to be more understandable for teenagers since they use it a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
