I'm SO glad we started working with TeeInBlue before Q4 kicks in. I don't know WHAT we were doing going so long without them.

Teeinblue offers everything a personalization app needs:

- Lots of features

- App gets improved and updated constantly

- Fair pricing

- Very user friendly for beginners

- Proper instructions how things work on homepage

- Best customer support (quick, friendly, experienced)

The customer support is outstanding: You have a problem -> you write an email -> You get the answer. Usually within less than 30 minutes (during the teeinblue working schedule).

I love the live editor of teeinblue, as it has many available features that are very useful for me. Additionally, the customer service is always perfect, which makes support a standout aspect. The versatility of the application increases the perceived value of my items and provides security to my customers, which I value greatly. I have also found that after the initial time investment to set it up, I can take advantage of the ready-to-print order files, which makes the application indispensable for me. I wish Teeinblue had better support hours, starting earlier than 6 PM USA Pacific time, and included weekends. It would be great if they could log in live to our setup to help configure issues and create artwork directly, rather than just sending videos and chats.
