**What do you like best about Techpacker?**

I love the formatting of Techpacker, as well as the ability to keep a library of sketches, materials, and construction instructions. The ability to drag & drop from said libraries is intuitive & cuts down on a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Techpacker?**

With every update, there is always a new glitch. I've had things completely disappear & be deleted, sometimes while entering that information. I do wish content would load faster, and I could still have Techpacker open in separate windows.

**What problems is Techpacker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlines the tech pack creation process, and creates a standard document that is easy to read for the manufacturer. This is the only tech pack our manufacturer will accept & I understand why!
