## About Tech Was Here
Tech Was Here is QR service tag software for HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, and other service companies. Technicians attach a QR tag to equipment. Customers scan it with their phone camera to identify their equipment and request service from the company that installed the tag, without downloading an app or creating an account. The service company receives the request with equipment context and manages equipment records and service history in a private workspace. Pricing is $10 per active team member per month.
