"A Practical, Teams-Native Performance & Engagement Hub for Microsoft 365"
5/5
What do you like best about Teamflect?

Teamflect is a strong Microsoft Teams add-in for performance management and employee engagement, especially for organizations already using Microsoft 365. In terms of UI/UX, it offers a clean, Teams-native experience that makes 1:1s, reviews, goals, feedback, and recognition easy to manage in one place. For Integrations, its biggest advantage is how tightly it works within Microsoft Teams and the broader Microsoft ecosystem, though it may be less compelling for companies using non-Microsoft tools. On Performance, it generally runs smoothly inside Teams, but like many embedded apps, the experience can depend somewhat on Teams’ own responsiveness. From a Pricing/ROI perspective, it can deliver solid value by reducing the need for separate performance and engagement tools, especially for mid-sized companies already standardized on Teams. In Support/Onboarding, Teamflect is relatively easy to roll out compared to traditional HR software, though admins may still need time to properly configure review cycles, goals, and workflows. For AI/Intelligence, its AI features are helpful for summarizing feedback, improving productivity, and supporting performance workflows, but they’re more of a useful enhancement than the product’s core differentiator. Overall, Teamflect is a practical, user-friendly, and well-integrated Teams-first solution for companies that want employee performance and engagement tools without leaving Microsoft Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

While Teamflect is useful inside Microsoft Teams, the UI/UX can sometimes feel a bit crowded because it packs many features into one app. On Integrations, it works best within the Microsoft ecosystem, so it may feel limiting for companies using a wider mix of third-party tools. In terms of Performance, the experience can occasionally depend on how smoothly Microsoft Teams itself is running. For Pricing/ROI, it may feel less cost-effective for smaller teams that only need a simple feedback or review tool. With Support/Onboarding, setup can still take time for admins who need to configure goals, reviews, and workflows properly. And for AI/Intelligence, the AI features are helpful but not advanced enough to be a major differentiator compared to newer AI-focused HR tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Adoption, Integrated Performance Tracking"
4/5
What do you like best about Teamflect?

I like that Teamflect is integrated into Teams, which makes it easy to adopt. The customer service and overall experience have been great, and I find the admin panel straightforward to use and navigate. I also appreciate not having to log into yet another performance system, since Teamflect provides all the functionality we need in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

Тhe access levels can be improved/enhanced. It would be great if we could grant admin access just for a specific module, like giving access to one of our team members just for the recognition or career modules. Also, it would be great if we could get dedicated review templates/functionality for PIPs (performance improvement plans). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integration Boosts Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Teamflect?

I really like how Teamflect seamlessly integrates into Microsoft Teams, which is a big plus for us since we use Teams as our official communication platform. This integration is valuable because it brings performance management and HR processes directly into the day-to-day workspace where people already communicate and collaborate. Instead of logging into a separate system, employees can complete reviews, respond to feedback, set goals, and participate in surveys within Teams. The initial setup of Teamflect was very easy, and the Teamflect team was available throughout the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

Nothing, teamflect is working great for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Performance Management with Great Usability"
4/5
What do you like best about Teamflect?

I like the ease of use and the access across all people in the organization with Teamflect. It just makes everything easier because there's more connectivity across all the people in our organization. Everyone can see the same review templates, use them simultaneously, and track where they are in the process. The initial setup was also very easy, which I really appreciated. What do you dislike about Teamflect?

Not much to dislike. Most of the most annoying issues have been fixed (PDF rendering and not being able to open in a separate window e.g.). Perhaps there could be an improvement in integration of notes with teams meetings. It seems like 2 different systems for recording meeting notes, etc, although I haven't explored how AI is accessing the material etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Templates and Easy Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Teamflect?

I love the Review Template in Teamflect, as it's the one I use most. The feature is soooo flexible and professional, allowing me to design and customize monthly reviews or progression reviews, pull in the right skill and goal mapping for each individual in the company. Teamflect also helped to manage large scale centralized cycles from HR easily. The integration with MS Teams is seamless, and the initial setup was very easy, with great support from Irma and our internal team helping to onboard 250 users. What do you dislike about Teamflect?

I feel the Goal feature can be more simplified. We follow an OKR format, and sometimes, it's time-consuming to set up goals with several KRs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Performance & Feedback Tools That Fit Seamlessly in Microsoft Teams"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Teamflect?

What I like best about Teamflect is how easy it is to use while still providing useful tools for managing performance and feedback. It integrates well with Microsoft Teams, which makes it convenient to complete reviews, track goals, and give recognition without needing to switch platforms. The layout is clear and straightforward, making the whole process efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

One of the main things I dislike about Teamflect is the pricing structure. The cost can be quite high, especially for smaller teams or organisations that may not use all of the available features. A more flexible or scalable pricing option would make it more accessible and better value for money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Teamflect Streamlines End-to-End Performance Management with Seamless MS Teams Adoption"
5/5
What do you like best about Teamflect?

We have been using Teamflect for over a year and a half, starting with one location and 800 users, and we are gradually rolling it out to other countries. It fully supports our end-to-end performance management cycle, including reviews, goal setting and engagement surveys. One of the most valuable features for us is embedding feedback forms directly into review forms, which makes the process structured and transparent. We also use the Tasks module to track follow-ups from reviews. The MS Teams integration made adoption very easy, and the admin side is user friendly. Our Customer Success Manager Sue has been extremely supportive throughout both implementation and further process optimization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

As with any comprehensive tool, it takes time to fully explore and configure all modules to match internal processes, especially in a larger organization. When expanding to new countries, aligning global standards with local specifics requires careful setup. However, with the support of the Teamflect team, these challenges are manageable. "Clean UI, Helpful Onboarding, and Strong OKR Tracking with Teamflect"
4/5
What do you like best about Teamflect?

As a prior user of Viva Goals, we explored a large number of replacements for the service to allow our company to continue tracking OKRs.

We were given lots of help with the onboarding process from our Account Manager, they were a great help and aided us in free trials and testing of Essential and Professional Licences to see all of the offerings varying on price.

The UI is much cleaner than what we were used to with Viva Goals and only continues to develop as time goes on. We're really impressed with the vocal roadmap updates and suggestions that you take from users.

We've managed to integrate Power Automate to allow us to check in which has been very handy.

We really like the individual 1-1s that can be conducted by management in Teamflect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

Managing check ins and backdating those to specific dates has been a bit of a nightmare.

This makes it a bit more difficult to accurately date checkins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"End-to-End Performance & Talent Management with Responsive, Frequent Updates"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Teamflect?

It offers inclusive performance management from start to finish. It also covers talent management and development, from competencies through to succession planning. The communication and intranet features help manage the related day-to-day work that supports performance.

Overall, it has many dimensions that support completing tasks and daily work, in addition to the major strategic goals. It’s very easy to use, and the tutorials help a lot in finalizing many activities and making implementation easier. I also liked its integration with Microsoft Office and how easily it links to emails. It supports frequent, daily use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamflect?

Honestly, I can’t say there’s anything I dislike. They update the product frequently and respond right away whenever there are any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
