Not much to dislike. Most of the most annoying issues have been fixed (PDF rendering and not being able to open in a separate window e.g.). Perhaps there could be an improvement in integration of notes with teams meetings. I love the Review Template in Teamflect, as it's the one I use most. The feature is soooo flexible and professional, allowing me to design and customize monthly reviews or progression reviews, pull in the right skill and goal mapping for each individual in the company. Teamflect also helped to manage large scale centralized cycles from HR easily. We have been using Teamflect for over a year and a half, starting with one location and 800 users, and we are gradually rolling it out to other countries. It fully supports our end-to-end performance management cycle, including reviews, goal setting and engagement surveys. One of the most valuable features for us is embedding feedback forms directly into review forms, which makes the process structured and transparent. We also use the Tasks module to track follow-ups from reviews. The MS Teams integration made adoption very easy, and the admin side is user friendly. As a prior user of Viva Goals, we explored a large number of replacements for the service to allow our company to continue tracking OKRs.

We were given lots of help with the onboarding process from our Account Manager, they were a great help and aided us in free trials and testing of Essential and Professional Licences to see all of the offerings varying on price.

The UI is much cleaner than what we were used to with Viva Goals and only continues to develop as time goes on. We're really impressed with the vocal roadmap updates and suggestions that you take from users.

We've managed to integrate Power Automate to allow us to check in which has been very handy.
