What do you like best about Aligned?

Aligned has completely changed how I manage multi-stakeholder deals. The dedicated rooms let me bring every contact from a company into one collaborative space, I use them both for prospects who are already engaged and as a landing page to draw in and engage new prospects, keeping everyone connected instead of juggling scattered email threads. I also love being able to type a single keyword and instantly surface the exact company materials I need, whether I'm educating myself before a call or arming a prospect with the right resource in real time. What do you dislike about Aligned?

Honestly, I haven't run into anything I'd call a real downside yet. If I had to nitpick, a clearer visual way to distinguish or filter public facing from internal only material would be nice, though that may already exist as a configuration option I haven't found yet. What do you like best about Aligned?

The UI provides an efficient way to send customer follow-ups after meetings. The integration with Hubspot also makes it easy to track which deals are viewing my content. My main con is that I haven’t fully learned how to use the tool yet, and it wasn’t very easy to learn at first—I needed a coworker’s help to get started. I also haven’t learned how to utilize the AI functionality yet. Occasionally it can be a bit buggy, but nothing major. I can’t really speak to pricing since I don’t handle that, but as a sales rep, it’s been a valuable tool for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aligned?

Aligned has been a great add to our orgs sales process, after the initial learning curve things have been great overall.

No more multiple hyperlinks in emails, or sending a deck and downloads - with Aligned its awesome to be able to keep everything in one spot which allows us to add this to every deal without having to spend a whole hour to do.

What do you like best about Aligned?

We run complex sales cycles involving numerous stakeholders. It's super helpful for organizing and providing an easy customer experience when sharing materials. Especially when bringing new people up to speed who weren't in previous conversations. UI/UX is simple and easy to upload relevant materials, providing "Libraries" and templates that your organization can create to speed up that up front work.

Biggest unexpected benefit is the tracking of who actually went and visited the room and looked at our materials. This has helped me forecast deals more accurately and get insight into who is actually engaging with our material and a serious buyer. Deals I normally would waste time on I don't anymore, and ones that don't seem qualified are now moving quick because I can see how they interacted with our content. What do you like best about Aligned?

I think Aligned does a really good job with their free function. Even though it's branded as Aligned, it still feels personal enough that it seems like it's coming from my company. Also, sharing different resources in one spot is my favorite thing about it. It's very simple and intuitive; I had no issues getting in and setting up my first room. What do you dislike about Aligned?

The sharing is a little clunky when it comes to understanding the different share options. I've been particularly confused about sharing where people are required to put their name or email. I've tried turning that on and found that people commented they were not able to review the room at all. Also, the templates were a little confusing, and I didn't really understand how to use them. What do you like best about Aligned?

I like Aligned for its convenience and the templates it offers. The templates give me a defined process and allow me to have hidden content that I can always add to the room as it becomes relevant for the deal cycle. I appreciate being able to start the align rooms pretty small with a few essential components needed for all deals and then continue to add as the process continues. Additionally, the initial setup was actually very simple. I could use some premade templates, pop in my content, and get started quickly, which made the onboarding process quite smooth. What do you dislike about Aligned?

I wish there was a more detailed connection to HubSpot. We use HubSpot, and others use Salesforce, but having the ability to update and add all my notes in Aligned without having to manage it separately in HubSpot would be cool. Aligned has genuinely changed how we manage client onboarding. The shared workspace makes it easy to keep our team and clients on the same page — literally. Instead of chasing down updates across email threads or Slack, everything lives in one place: milestones, resources, next steps, action items. The UI is clean and intuitive enough that clients actually use it without needing hand-holding, which is a huge win. I also love how it creates a sense of shared accountability — both sides can see what's pending and who owns what. What do you like best about Aligned?

Enterprise deals don't have one buyer, they have a committee. Aligned gives you one place to manage all of it: content, mutual action plans, stakeholder visibility, and buyer engagement signals, all in a single room.

Before Aligned, keeping multiple stakeholders on the same page meant scattered emails, duplicate decks, and no visibility into who was actually engaged. Now every resource lives in one place, buyers can share it internally without us losing the thread, and we can see exactly who's viewing what and when.

The mutual action plan feature alone has changed how we run late-stage deals. It keeps both sides accountable to a shared timeline instead of chasing next steps over email.

What do you like best about Aligned?

LOVE. Aligned was recommended to me by a sales rep at another company, and it has genuinely been a game changer. Being able to upload and categorize different modularized demos, assets, and webpage examples has made it so much easier to share as follow-up with prospects, and to send to partners as a simple intro to our software. I'm using the free plan and it is so worth it and useful! Once I start growing our team, I'll definitely move onto a paid plan. What do you dislike about Aligned?

Honestly, nothing major at this point. I’m not using it to its fullest potential, so I probably could use a few more marketing emails about onboarding and features lol. That’s on me for not diving in more.

The only other thing is the barrier of entry to the workspace. I don’t want to require a name and email or a password, but then I end up with mostly anonymous visitors. Ideally, I’d like a bit more AI analysis on where my visitors are coming from. But again, that’s probably my fault for not digging in deep enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aligned?

I like using Aligned to update my clients with beautiful-looking information. It provides a centralized location to include all of my proposal information and lets me view who's been in it, how many times, and for how much time. This feature gives me a good indication if my deals are heating up or stalling, which I find really helpful. I also appreciate that it tells me if a deal is heating up or stalling, helping me to focus on the prospects most likely to purchase.
