It has the required set of tools to manage the bank branches digitally. **What do you dislike about TCS BaNCS?** It could be a little faster compared to its competitors. It doesn't work that great with small screen-size monitors. **What problems is TCS BaNCS solving and how is that benefiting you?** TCS BaNCS is one of the industry leader in the banking software market and many banks are using it as their software backend and to provide their employees to manage everything just using a computer. Full customer service during free trial, fantastic support during setup, and ongoing customer service is every bit as attentive as when they are trying to earn your business. Rare in my experience, but exemplary here. **What do you dislike about TCS BaNCS?** Some Zoho Fields missing - nothing critical. OneSaas captures everything you need from Zoho and imports to QB online. There are a handful of fields in Zoho that we use internally, and those fields do not transfer . **What problems is TCS BaNCS solving and how is that benefiting you?** itial setup can feel difficult - it automatically syncs certain fields and makes a "guess" on what should match with what. Took a little time to go through it and make some tweaks to get it to match how we were utilizing the two products (ZohoCRM and QB Online). You might have an easier setup depending on how you have Zoho/QBO setup. ### 13.
