What do you like best about Taption?

I like how Taption asks me about the specific field I am working in, so it can match the vocabulary and accurately transcribe the information being relayed. Taption captures every single word, sound, and even onomatopoeia when transcribing dialogues. It helps me more than the previous apps I've used. Another benefit is that Taption lets me directly grab recordings from my Google Drive, making the process automatic and saving time because I don't have to upload and download manually. I find the setup easy, as it provides clear instructions on how things work, which is useful whenever I need to explore other features like translation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Taption?

Sometimes it doesn't capture the words being said when they're too close to other words, leading to mistakes. Another thing that could improve is having a plan with more minutes for large projects. Right now, the subscription doesn't let me transcribe 42 hours per month, so I have to split it or pay for extra hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
