Tapebid Reviews & Product Details

Tapebid helps painting, flooring and tile contractors win jobs faster. Measure each room on site by typing, by voice or with a LiDAR scan, and Tapebid works out the quantities and prices them with your own rates: walls and ceilings net of windows and doors, coats, boxes with cutting waste, thinset, grout and trim, rounded up to what you really buy. Every estimate comes with Good, Better and Best options, so the customer chooses instead of saying no. Send a link and a PDF from your phone; the customer picks an option and signs in the browser, with no app and no account, or signs on your phone before you leave. Each signature carries a signing certificate. After the signature, Tapebid keeps going: change orders signed the same way, invoices with the balance due, payment reminders, job expenses with receipt photos and a shopping list. Works offline, in 10 languages. Free for the first 3 estimates sent, then $14.99 a month or $119.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial. On Android and iPhone.
