Before being taken over by benefitfocus last year, I used tango health from 2017 to 2019, and the experience was outstanding. Tango Health is a healthcare benefit service provider offering employer-based healthcare and facilitates Health Savings Account (HSA) management services. The experience with Tango Health was top-notch, and the support was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and eager to assist. There is nothing much I dislike about Tango Health, But there was some payroll, and hourly tracking of some employees wasn't up to the mark compared with others. It has a really user-friendly interface which makes a usually complicated process as digestible as possible for the average person. What do you dislike about Tango Health? I had some issues with the Tango Pre-Check where it kept failing to generate. The benefits of Tango Health software are that it makes great health benefits and education on benefits more accessible. Working at my organization, we were able to support employees and have a tool that broke down the data and informed us if there were errors in enrollment and registration. Their customer support was great, but it was a steep learning curve for the team to transition from our previous HR benefits and analytics software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I am supporting my manager in printing, filing, and notices from the IRS if anything is not up-to-date, or filed inaccurately, so that has helped us a lot since our previous software was difficult to learn and manage in that regard. Our prior compiler and analysis software had many errors and resulted in an IRS audit. What do you dislike about Tango Health? Because we have only had the software for roughly 8 months, there is little to say in terms of negatives.
