I dislike the inflexibility with the grading platform and the user types/abilities. It would be much more helpful if you could customize and assign specific instructors to students where they can access their submitted content but not be able to edit the actual coursework.

I think the grading feature is clunky and too complicated. Sometimes clicking on an assignment will direct you into the course and force you to view it that way. I find the updated User Interface to have a learning curve and some actions require extra clicks, which makes it less intuitive than before. The new login process for super admins, although it aims to enhance security with multi-factor authentication, is cumbersome. Every time I log in, an email is sent to my registered email address, and I must click a link to access my account, which is not as smooth as I expected. It would be more user-friendly if they implemented an OTP sent to email or phone. This complexity slightly detracts from the otherwise smooth user experience I expected from TalentLMS.
