Perch Reviews & Product Details

Perch is an AI scribe for veterinary clinics. Open it in the browser on a phone or desktop, tap the mic and describe the visit the way you already do. The transcript appears while you are still speaking and the draft comes back in SOAP, DAP or BIRP. You change what you want, sign, and the visit locks. If a drug name in the dictation cannot be matched to a known term, Perch leaves it blank instead of guessing, because a blank gets checked and a wrong guess gets missed. Audio is used live for the transcript and never stored. Each dictation files as its own entry, so nobody overwrites a colleague, and anything dictated after signing files as an addendum. Nothing to install; works alongside AVImark. One price covers up to 3 vets: Essential is $20 a month, Standard is $149 a month with $49 a month for each vet after 3. Every plan starts with 30 days free, no card. Relief veterinarians use Perch free, for good. Try it with no account at perchscribe.com/demo.
