With its poor data driven approach fair evaluations are not ensured. **What do you dislike about Talbit?** The cumberosme real time feedback feature fosters. Needs to vultivates an environment. Talbit does not empowers employees and managers to drive success. Talbit nees to improve its user interface to be more intuitive and offer customization options. **What problems is Talbit solving and how is that benefiting you?** The limited features and lack of integration with platforms limit its usability. The reporting and analytics needs to provide insights. It would be better if the customer support team was more responsive and timely in solving concerns. ### 2.
