I love how T2M URL Shortener lets me see how many are clicking, where they are clicking, and especially the ability to upload a different link when there's an error - probably the best feature. It's simple and easy to use, which I really like. The staff is incredibly responsive when there's an issue; they truly try to figure out what is wrong. It easily integrate with out existing portal using API, now i can use it every day with automation. On top of that, their support team has been amazing—always quick to help and answer questions. The ability to track link engagement is also very valuable, as it gives me insight into patient follow-through. We have never experienced any downtime or even a single error, and we use T2M extensively in our business workflow. Anytime there was a question, customer service responded quickly and professionally. The program itself is extremely robust and feature rich, yet intuitive and easy to use. It is interesting to see some of the competitors not include even the basic features like password protection, expiration dates, and tagging, let alone the more advanced features like the ability to implement custom domains with free SSL certificates, access deep analytics and insight to link opening and what I would consider highly advanced features like mobile and geo targeting, A/B testing and URL cloaking.
