What I like best about T2M is how easy it is to use and implement. Setting up short URLs and QR codes for my new home promotions material is really straightforward. I use it pretty often, for everything from contract documents to marketing links, and it handles it all without any trouble. The customer support is excellent—they respond fast and are super helpful. There are plenty of features, but it doesn’t feel overwhelming, everything I need is right there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For most of what I do—it works perfectly. Nothing has really caused me any problems so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Other than the obvious shortening feature, T2M allows you to constantly reinforce your brand with a professional link system. I love how T2M URL Shortener lets me see how many are clicking, where they are clicking, and especially the ability to upload a different link when there's an error - probably the best feature. It's simple and easy to use, which I really like. The staff is incredibly responsive when there's an issue; they truly try to figure out what is wrong. Once the SSL is set up, it goes easily, and I have used it for multiple organizations and domains. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The analysis - it takes a bit of time to figure out how to use the tracking analysis system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it was to setup and really easy to create short links and QR codes for patient education materials. I can quickly share medication guides, appointment reminders, or healthy living tips, and then see who actually clicks them. It saves me time and helps patients stay informed.

It easily integrates with our existing portal using API, now I can use it every day with automation. On top of that, their support team has been amazing—always quick to help and answer questions. It really makes using the tool stress-free and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using to cloak and password protect my case studies and it is so quick and easy to setup and works seamlessly. I had a few questions and customer support was quick to answer and resolve my questions. I also needed just one feature from a more complex plan and they were able to setup a custom plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I highly recommend this service. Many of the features included provide useful functionality. I especially like the TAGs and GEO Filtering feature.

I also like the A/B split testing feature to track response rates based on my capture pages.

The few times that I needed support, I was able to receive a response quickly. Often within minutes using the chat widget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Can't say that I have found any downsides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am pleased to say we have been a very happy customer for many years and T2M URL Shortener has performed flawlessly. We have never experienced any downtime or even a single error, and we use T2M extensively in our business workflow. Anytime there was a question, customer service responded quickly and professionally. The program itself is extremely robust and feature rich, yet intuitive and easy to use. It is interesting to see some of the competitors not include even the basic features like password protection, expiration dates, and tagging, let alone the more advanced features like the ability to implement custom domains with free SSL certificates, access deep analytics and insight to link opening and what I would consider highly advanced features like mobile and geo targeting, A/B testing and URL cloaking. Do not hesitate to purchase T2M URL Shortener, it will quickly become one of your new favorite additions to your business workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using T2M for more than 3 years. The technical documentation is very clear and their support team, Mr. Baljeet, is very accommodating and responsive in fulfilling all our requirements. The T2M system is also very reliable. We use it to shorten/mask URLs for insurance policy downloads. We are very happy and plan to continue using it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been a client since 2019. In that period of time I have only contacted them once for help to addon a custom package and for them to send me an invoice. Their service works flawlessly and in 6 years I have never had any type of technical issues at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing that I dislike about their service. 100% uptime and great customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
