Syvo Reviews & Product Details

Syvo is an AI-powered phone system for property management, handling calls 24/7 to identify inquiries and determine responses. It autonomously resolves simple requests and escalates urgent issues to designated personnel through a structured cascade. The platform features an emergency qualification system that evaluates call severity using coded protocols and safety guidelines. Based on this assessment, Syvo notifies contractors, alerts management, or connects callers to professionals. Each interaction generates a timestamped ticket with a full transcription and audio recording, creating an auditable log organized by property, issue type, and resolution status. Syvo integrates with existing phone systems via call forwarding and connects with property management platforms, sending structured updates via email and SMS to relevant team members.
