It is an easy to use all-in-one solution for entrepreneurs who want to sell digital products and have digital touch-points for their customers. It is the best solution in the market which also covers necessary legal requirements of the European market. I used Kajabi for 4,5 years on an expert-level before. Systeme.io is far easier, has more business strategy and covers the European needs. We use Systeme.io in our courses to help solopreneurs to build their online-business. We created templates combined with strategy. Many of our participants had terrible experiences and are trying for many years to set up an online-Business. So far, every person was able with no tech knowledge to create Sales-Funnels, Webpages, set up Newsletters, sell their online-courses, etc. We have a 100% of participants to reach their targets. Many said it was such a huge game-changer because finally, they are able to fulfill their vision. I have many ideas and tested a lot of formats tin thelast years, so the migration of this content was huge. Systeme.io offered it to me to migrate all my content. To migrate from one system to the next is a huge step for entrepreneurs. The fear that something is not working or getting lost is huge. Plus, it is very sensitive for the customer relationship. The experience I had with systeme.io was absolutely outstanding. Oussama, who was my personal contact person, was available per email, always answered very quickly and did an outstanding job in transferring my data. The service level was outstanding and highly professional. It was easy for me to start and welcome my customers in the new area. I tested and used several software programs … you name it for the online-business. There was no software which had so much business-strategy, was so easy to use and cost-saving. Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of using the fantastic migration service offered by Systeme.io. Even though I’m Dutch, communication was seamless and impressively fast. What I find less convenient about Systeme.io is that the Dutch terminology differs significantly from the Dutch version provided by Systeme. This sometimes means I spend extra time figuring things out. For example, what’s referred to as a “header” and “footer” elsewhere is called “blog layout” in Systeme. Regular pages are labeled as “blogs,” and actual blogs are referred to as “posts.” This can be quite confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, the system is straightforward and easy to use. Like any SaaS, Systeme.io has its limitations. For me, the biggest drawback is the restricted question feature in courses—it only supports multiple-choice questions. I’m used to having optons like essay responses and file uploads for assessments, which aren’t available here. That said, there are workarounds for this, so it hasn’t been a major issue for me. The best part is having everything unlimited. you get unlimited emails, landing pages, rules and workflows, contacts and more. It also includes CMS, sales pages, websites, email marketing, and payment gateway integration, which makes it an all in one tool. It works, perfectly and is very simple to use. Its very easy to use and the UI is great. We implemented the tool fully within three weeks. Their support is just outstanding. First, the lack of a one-click order bump feature is a big problem for us and businesses like ours. This feature is so important that we had to use another tool just to get it. We've suggested it on their roadmap page, but they haven’t started working on it yet. Second, their image optimization is really poor. Even if you upload a high-quality image, their software reduces the image size (to improve website performance), but it completely ignores the quality.
