Systeme.io Reviews & Product Details

I appreciate how Systeme.io is forward-thinking and adding new elements to their offerings every week. What users get for the price point is amazing! And the free migration of my old website to Systeme.io was a huge blessing. As a solopreneur, it is very difficult to manage all of the tasks on my plate. Knowing that Mohamed was migrating my website for me was incredible! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is the length of time it took to get my website migrated to Systeme.io. BUT, because this is a free service that I would not be able to do otherwise, I am willing to be patient with the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is an easy to use all-in-one solution for entrepreneurs who want to sell digital products and have digital touch-points for their customers. It is the best solution in the market which also covers necessary legal requirements of the European market. I used Kajabi for 4,5 years on an expert-level before. Systeme.io is far easier, has more business strategy and covers the European needs. We use Systeme.io in our courses to help solopreneurs to build their online-business. We created templates combined with strategy. Many of our participants had terrible experiences and are trying for many years to set up an online-Business. So far, every person was able with no tech knowledge to create Sales-Funnels, Webpages, set up Newsletters, sell their online-courses, etc. We have a 100% of participants to reach their targets. Many said it was such a huge game-changer because finally, they are able to fulfill their vision. I have many ideas and tested a lot of formats tin thelast years, so the migration of this content was huge. Systeme.io offered it to me to migrate all my content. To migrate from one system to the next is a huge step for entrepreneurs. The fear that something is not working or getting lost is huge. Plus, it is very sensitive for the customer relationship. The experience I had with systeme.io was absolutely outstanding. Oussama, who was my personal contact person, was available per email, always answered very quickly and did an outstanding job in transferring my data. The service level was outstanding and highly professional. It was easy for me to start and welcome my customers in the new area. I tested and used several software programs … you name it for the online-business. There was no software which had so much business-strategy, was so easy to use and cost-saving. I say a big thank you to Systeme.io and the team making this possible. I am looking forward working with the system and will refer whenever I can this fantastic Software. It is an absolute game-changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I don't like so much is the community on FB as it is not really a community at my opinion. It would be great to open that up and foster interaction between the members. Other than that ... NOPE there is nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve had the pleasure of using the fantastic migration service offered by Systeme.io. Even though I’m Dutch, communication was seamless and impressively fast. They migrated my old website perfectly and continued to respond promptly and helpfully to all my questions via email.

I would definitely recommend Systeme.io, and in addition to using their website and learning platform, I’m excited to integrate more of their services into my business soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I find less convenient about Systeme.io is that the Dutch terminology differs significantly from the Dutch version provided by Systeme. This sometimes means I spend extra time figuring things out. For example, what’s referred to as a “header” and “footer” elsewhere is called “blog layout” in Systeme. Regular pages are labeled as “blogs,” and actual blogs are referred to as “posts.”

This can be quite confusing at first, but once you get the hang of it, the system is straightforward and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Systeme.io exceeded my expectations. I was skeptical, honestly, coming from the all-in-one Kajabi but I have to say, I'm impressed. The migration team is just so quick, knowledgeable and kind I am super happy I trusted them. I thought that they will do a crappy job like everyone else, but they were outstanding! No downsides yet, it's easy and intuitive, easier than I thought. The only thing I'd have loved is more mobile responsiveness and options there but it's nothing I can't deal with. I wish there was Bulgarian language and BGN currency, but I bet it's coming soon :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I recently switched to Systeme.io from another platform, and I’m loving it so far. The course pages have a clean, professional look, the editor is super easy to use, and it’s amazing to have so many features in one place. As a solpreneur, juggling separate tools for courses, emails, and video hosting was overwhelming. Now, having everything under one login has simplified my workflow and feels so much more manageable.

The migration process was the best part. Anis from the migration team was incredibly responsive, friendly, and efficient. They saved me hours of work by seamlessly transferring everything over, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.

I highly recommend Systeme.io for solopreneurs looking for a simple, all-in-one solution at an affordable price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like any SaaS, Systeme.io has its limitations. For me, the biggest drawback is the restricted question feature in courses—it only supports multiple-choice questions. I’m used to having options like essay responses and file uploads for assessments, which aren’t available here. That said, there are workarounds for this, so it hasn’t been a major issue for me. There are so many great features! The best part is having everything unlimited. You get unlimited emails, landing pages, rules and workflows, contacts, and more. It also includes CMS, sales pages, websites, email marketing, and payment gateway integration, which makes it an all-in-one tool. It works perfectly and is very simple to use. It's very easy to use and the UI is great. We implemented the tool fully within three weeks. Their support is just outstanding. Our team uses this tool every day to get sales data, fix landing pages, send newsletters, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few issues. First, the lack of a one-click order bump feature is a big problem for us and businesses like ours. This feature is so important that we had to use another tool just to get it. We've suggested it on their roadmap page, but they haven’t started working on it yet. Second, their image optimization is really poor. Even if you upload a high-quality image, their software reduces the image size (to improve website performance), but it completely ignores the quality. As a result, the final image looks pixelated on the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I just completed the migration of my business from other platforms, and the service was excellent. I'm just starting to use the mailing tool, and it's very user-friendly. The landing page tool is also great—I've found it very intuitive! And I want to give a special mention to Islam, the person who helped me with my business migration. He was kind and very attentive to my needs. Thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm just starting using systeme.io. As of today I don't dislike anything Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I spent a whole year debating whether to leave Kajabi because I was nervous about how hard the transition might be. But honestly, the process turned out to be much easier than I expected. The new software is super intuitive and simple to use, and the support team made the move effortless. They helped me transfer all my pages, courses, contacts, and funnels smoothly. I’m really happy with how everything turned out, and the pricing feels just right too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are a few things that can’t be customized, and for me, that’s a big deal when it comes to ensuring my clients are satisfied. For instance, it seems I can’t personalize the email students get after signing up for a course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything is all in one place. When I hosted my blog on wordpress I had multiple accounts for different things such as email list, hosting, funnels, my products.

With systeme.io though everything I need is under one roof and so easy to get to grips with!

Also the free migration for an annual subscription is so worth it! Was predicted 4 weeks but was done in just over a week, so quick, professional and seamless! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's a lot to learn but that's okay because there's a video certification to go through which teaches a lot about everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
