There are fabulous features in setting up sales funnels, beautifully designed landing and sales pages already in place that got me up and running in no time. The Courses page is beautifully done, and I really like how my website looks. Oh, and there are plenty of training modules from both Systeme.io and from outside entreneupeurs that are so helpful! I want to provide a 5-star rating the the migration team. Mohamed is totally awesome to work with! Thank you! **What do you dislike about Systeme.io?** Probably the least thing is that I'd like an easy link to my media in one place in case I decide to fix an image that just doesn't work, I'd like to be able to go straight to the media section, upload a new image and delete the old one and that it automatically puts it where it belongs to replace the old. Also, a default "alt image" for SEO that pics up the name from the upload would be great if possible. **What problems is Systeme.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I joined Systeme.io one of the deciding factors was free website migration and cost, but also to be able to collect email addresses and market to my own customers my way. Included with all of that I needed ease of use and to be able to market more than one website. As a new user, I plan to use it to solve the problem of marketing all my different courses and digital downloads to my database as well as to use it in Social media marketing. It lets you create landing pages, and for that, it has so many templates to choose from, and they are great. Then it lets you integrate your payment gateways so you can get payments from your customers. It segments your contacts and customers, sends automated emails based on rules you can create inside it, and workflows as well. It has a lot of features apart from this. We have scaled to 8 figures using this tool. **What do you dislike about Systeme.io?** It has flaws. The bigges flaw that we are facing at this point of time is what they recently launched. When you upload your images, its software optimises the image itself. when i talked to the customer care, they said its to reduce the load speed. But when i use the image on the landing page, it gets pixelated and becomes worst. Also, one more bad thing is that their team is slow in launching new features specified on their project management page. **What problems is Systeme.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** This tool is solving a lot of things for us. We have to pay just 99 dollars a month for landing page with all its features, payment gateway integrations, email marketing with unlimited email sending option, an affiliate program to create one for our product, automations and workflows and a lot more. ### 4. I love the clean look of the course pages, the simple editor and having so many features under 1 login. I've been using separate course, email and video hosting and as a solopreneur, that got confusing and overwhelming. Having everything in 1 place has simplified everything and feels lighter and freer. The migration process has been the highlight so far. Anis from the migration team was very responsive, friendly and efficient. I was very happy with the work and it saved me hours of work in transferring it all over. The biggest downside for me is the limitation in the question feature in courses. She also facilitated how I could best use Systeme with clear, concise and helpful instructions. The migration process made the transition a dream even though I am not tech literate and was dreading the transition. Emails more like Flodesk-emails that I actually love writing instead of boxed sections that overwhelm me. Then I would totally change! PRETTIER ALL AROUND- like the course platform etc. As an additional suggestion, the Support & technical teams seemed to be more concerned about response times by putting back tickets on our court, than resolving the issues. I had to follow up consistently. They kept wanting me to record my issue which would take SO much on my end while it would have taken them seconds to simply look at my account. A lot of canned responses with no resoluton and left me in the dark. I very much disliked not having a point person and it felt at times like I was just being dismissed. They did finally come through. Even though I had to ask to be connected to a manager which never happened, things got resolved. And I understand it takes time, but fixing the glitches took as much time as the migration process which significantly set behind my launch. I wanted to share my experience so the company could further improve ... Everything is thought through, all together at one place, and this makes working on my business such a joy. And, I must mention the customer support, for I am very grateful for them. I had an issue with my domain authentication that usually takes technical knowledge which I do have for some extent, but still I was stuck at one step, and it was very stressful. I first didn't even think that the customer support will completely take care of that, but I asked anyway. And to my surprise, I was supported to solve the issue completely, very clearly, very simply, very friendly. I was basically all done for me, all I had to do was a copy-paste job. I had made an error and didn't know what I did wrong, the support team was very fast at getting back to me, knowledgeable in their services, told me where I erred, and offered a solution to fix it. When I tried to log back on I couldn't, I had to create a new account. But then I couldn't use my domain because it was still linked to my original account. I was hesitant at first because I got so used to using the other platform, but I was attracted to the Simplicity of Systeme and their super high-quality analytics features. I was building funnels and my membership on another Platform that was good but extremely pricey, especially for beginners, who are my target audience, When Systeme said they would duplicate my entire business, I honestly didn't have any real expectations and when I saw the result of what they did, my jaw dropped to the floor. Not only do they have an incredibly amazing, helpful and supportive Migration team (thank you Arav!) but they quite literally, I kid you not, made my funnels look EXACTLY the same. From the Branding colors to fonts and layouts, everything, was almost identical. I could not believe my eyes! So if you are comtemplating moving from another platform to Systeme, do not hesitate.
