"Effortless AI Call Automation with Intuitive Design and Real-Time Results"
5/5
What do you like best about Synthflow?

Synthflow makes it incredibly easy to build, test, and deploy AI call agents without needing any engineering expertise. The interface is intuitive, and the building blocks feel natural, which makes designing complex call flows faster than expected. The memory groups and knowledge base features work reliably, allowing agents to sound much more human and context-aware. I especially appreciate how quickly you can iterate and see results in real time. Synthflow removes the friction from creating AI phone automations, and that’s what makes it stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

The platform would benefit from more detailed documentation and advanced examples, especially for users building more sophisticated automations. Some integrations feel a bit limited or require workarounds that slow things down. The analytics could also be more robust to give deeper visibility into call performance and agent behavior without exporting data elsewhere. While the core system is strong, rounding out these areas would make Synthflow even more powerful for long-term use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integration Nightmare and Complex Setup"
1.5/5
What do you like best about Synthflow?

I think Synthflow has a promising product. I find the outbound call feature really good. It was nice to set up these calls and enjoyable to try the different AI agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

I found the integration with HubSpot CRM really bad. The calls couldn't be transferred into the CRM properly, and the data wasn't transferred correctly. We tried two different subscription plans, even the highest tier, hoping for better customer support, but it just didn't work out. After spending three months, it was a total disaster. Also, the initial setup was not easy at all. It was very complex, and we needed an in-house developer; otherwise, we wouldn't have been able to do it ourselves. Our Developer almost wanted to quit his employment due to the bad customer support on Syntflow, as he could not reach the company's goals, and had to hold accountability for the implementation. "Works Perfect—Good Job!"
5/5
What do you like best about Synthflow?

Synthflow makes it incredibly easy to deploy AI voice

agents for our clients without building complex

infrastructure from scratch. The no-code setup,

natural-sounding voices, and reliable inbound call

handling have been game-changers for our SaaS platform

serving service businesses in the USA. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

The pricing can become expensive at scale when managing

multiple client accounts. More granular API controls

for white-label multi-tenant setups would be helpful

for agencies and SaaS platforms building on top of

Synthflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"An ideal platform for bots, but there are nuances with testing and tariffs."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Synthflow?

Synthflow is very easy to use and allows you to quickly create voice agents without code. I especially like the visual editor - you can easily configure dialogs, transition logic, and variables. The quality of speech synthesis and integration with LLM are also impressive - the agent sounds natural, reacts quickly, and adequately. It's an ideal platform for testing and training bots. What do you dislike about Synthflow?

Sometimes there are errors when connecting numbers or test calls ("Failed to create room" or problems with minutes), and I would like more understandable error messages. I would also like the free plan to include a few more test minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Integrations and Custom Agents Make Workflow a Breeze"
5/5
What do you like best about Synthflow?

Synthflow’s clean, intuitive builder lets me go from idea to working automation in minutes; templates and setup wizards make implementation straightforward, and OAuth/auth mapping is predictable. Native integrations, webhooks, and custom agents cover most use cases, visual logs make quick fixes easy, support has been responsive, and I use it several times a week because the core feature set is reliable and integrations are smooth. What do you dislike about Synthflow?

Debugging can be tricky error logs are shallow and failures in third-party steps aren’t surfaced clearly. Complex branching and version control are limited, which makes collaboration and rollbacks harder. The UI can lag on larger flows, and pricing ramps up quickly with usage. A sandbox/test mode, more granular permissions, and deeper docs for advanced cases would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Impressive Human-Like AI with Huge Potential to Replace Assistants"
4/5
What do you like best about Synthflow?

Its very impressive the AI is able to talk and understand like a human. I've only given it some minor test but has huge potential to replace assistants and reduce work lead. The support gets back to you at a reasonable time and the academy community looks promising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

The available tutorials do not reflect the updated GUI, which makes learning more challenging. Our aim was to develop an AI assistant capable of handling calls and creating bookings. Since incoming calls are dynamic, it was difficult to figure out how to set up a custom action that integrates with cal.com and replaces the default static email. Most of the YouTube tutorials focused primarily on outbound processes. While the documentation offered some assistance, the overall process was still quite difficult. "Effortless AI Voice Agent Creation—Fast, Intuitive, and Seamlessly Integrated"
5/5
What do you like best about Synthflow?

Synthflow makes it remarkably simple to create and deploy professional AI voice agents, even if you don't have a technical background. I appreciate the user-friendly interface, the straightforward conversation flow builder, and the speed with which you can turn an idea into a functioning phone agent. The voice quality is impressively natural and responsive, and the integrations with CRMs and telephony tools work smoothly. It’s ideal for testing practical business scenarios—personally, I’ve used it to develop AI assistants for insurance agents that qualify leads, schedule appointments, and interact with clients intelligently. All in all, Synthflow has enabled me to implement complete voice-based automation in just days rather than weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

The only downside is the price, as it is a bit expensive. However, I believe the great benefits it offers could make up for the cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless AI Calling with Powerful, No-Code Simplicity"
5/5
What do you like best about Synthflow?

The best thing about Synthflow AI is its simplicity and power — it lets you build fully functional AI calling agents without any coding. Using a clean drag-and-drop interface, you can create natural, human-sounding voice agents that speak multiple languages (including Hindi and Hinglish) and start making or receiving calls within minutes. It combines high-quality voices, real-time speech recognition, and easy CRM integrations, making it ideal for businesses that want to automate phone conversations quickly and affordably without dealing with complex telephony setups. What do you dislike about Synthflow?

ChatGPT said:

The main drawback of Synthflow AI is that, while it’s very easy to use, it offers limited customization and control compared to developer-focused platforms like Retell AI or Vapi. You can’t deeply modify voice models, integrate custom logic, or host your own AI model — you’re mostly limited to what Synthflow provides in its dashboard. Also, its telephony and analytics features are simpler, which might not suit large enterprises or users who need detailed call routing, SIP trunking, or advanced reporting. Finally, since it’s a cloud-based no-code tool, performance depends heavily on internet stability and platform uptime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best bang for the buck for those who want to build a business out of AI voice agents."
5/5
What do you like best about Synthflow?

There are other AI voice agents out there that are pretty good, but none of them provide the benefit of white labelling so you can make a meal out of this current hot opportunity. and furthermore, SynthFlow incorporates the best of conversational flow building in regards to allowing you a mix of static responses and dynamic LLM responses, meaning that you can build very sophisticated conversation flows for the most demanding applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Synthflow?

Given the current state of the technology and the evidence that Synflow is improving its platform all the time, I'd say this is the best bang for buck for those who want to use this opportunity to generate recurring income. So nothing negative yet, but I've looked at it properly and it seems to be great. Thank you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
