Syncro Reviews & Product Details

Syncro is a Brazilian all-in-one commercial automation platform that turns WhatsApp into a managed sales operation. It brings WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger and website chat into a single shared inbox, where every agent logs in with their own account and the conversation history belongs to the company instead of an individual phone. A visual kanban CRM tracks every deal with value, stage, owner and time-in-stage, and can block a deal from advancing until the required task is completed. Native AI agents answer, qualify and route leads around the clock using the company's own knowledge base, moving deals through the pipeline and alerting the team when buying intent is detected. A no-code chatbot builder, trigger-based automations and nurture sequences handle follow-up without relying on anyone's memory. Syncro also includes quotes with public accept links, a financial module with accounts payable and receivable, cash flow, chart of accounts, cost centers and management P&L, invoice issuing, email and WhatsApp campaigns, appointment scheduling with Google Calendar sync, forms, tasks, NPS surveys, lead scoring and reporting that shows which acquisition channel actually closes revenue, with conversions sent back to Meta. Built for Brazilian SMBs in real estate, healthcare and aesthetics clinics, retail, professional services, marketing agencies and manufacturing. Available via unofficial connection or the official Meta WhatsApp Business API. Free trial, no credit card required.
