Syncek Reviews & Product Details

Syncek is CRM software with a spreadsheet-style interface, enabling teams to edit records simultaneously with instant updates and visual indicators of active edits. Data is displayed in a grid format with sortable and filterable columns that retain data types. The platform links emails to customer records, allowing users to access conversation history and reply directly within Syncek. It syncs meetings with Google Calendar and offers dual-view visualization, toggling between spreadsheet columns and kanban boards. Syncek supports spreadsheet imports with column mapping and attaches notes and comments to records. It integrates with Gmail and Google Calendar, with authentication options including Google, Facebook, and GitHub. Security features include TLS and AES-256 encryption, daily backups with retention periods, and regional data residency options. Integration credentials are further encrypted to prevent exposure in backups.
