Easy to Navigate, Responsive Team That Adapts to Our Needs **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026 **What do you like best about Synap?** It's easy to navigate and the company listen to our needs and accommodate them by creating/implementing things where needed. **What do you dislike about Synap?** It can be a bit slow to load at times - although this has significantly improved recently - and I have experienced one or two bugs but, again, these were investigated and fixed very quickly! **What problems is Synap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Synap is our exam and assessment programme. It is great for us as all delegates can access and complete their BTEC course wherever and whenever suits.
