This reviewer was offered a nominal incentive as thanks for completing this review. **Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026 **What do you like best about Synap?** It's easy to navigate and the company listen to our needs and accommodate them by creating/implementing things where needed. **What do you dislike about Synap?** It can be a bit slow to load at times - although this has significantly improved recently - and I have experienced one or two bugs but, again, these were investigated and fixed very quickly! **What problems is Synap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Synap is our exam and assessment programme. It is great for us as all delegates can access and complete their BTEC course wherever and whenever suits. The questions and papers are easy to create from my side and are securely stored on Synap for all Admins to access, mark and release to inidividuals, easily. ### 3. Attention to detail and with our unique situation, adaptability. **What do you dislike about Synap?** I can't really say I have any dislikes to be honest.
