Symplia Reviews & Product Details

About Symplia Symplia is a mental health app for journaling, tracking your mental health, understanding patterns over time, and getting more out of therapy. It brings mental health tracking, guided journaling, self-reflection, personal insights, and therapy support together in one private space. Managing your mental health involves more than remembering how you felt on a particular day. It can mean processing difficult thoughts, noticing recurring experiences, preparing for therapy, and keeping track of what you’re working on between sessions. Symplia provides tools to help you do these things in one place. Key Features 1. Therapy Preparation and Session Support Prepare for upcoming therapy sessions by organising your thoughts, experiences, questions, and discussion topics in advance. Symplia also provides tools for therapy journaling, session notes, homework tracking, goal setting, and reflecting on your experiences between appointments. These tools help you maintain a record of what you want to discuss, revisit important takeaways, and stay connected to your therapeutic work outside the session itself. 2. Mental Health Tracking Track your mood and other aspects of your mental health over time. Symplia supports tracking for mood, sleep, medication, therapy attendance, and personal goals, helping you maintain a record of your experiences and review changes over time. Having this information in one place can help you reflect on your well-being and bring more context to conversations with your therapist. 3. Journaling and Voice Journal Symplia offers different ways to process your thoughts and experiences, whether you prefer writing freely or following a more structured approach. Journaling tools include Free Journal, Voice Journal, Thought Journal, Feelings & Sensations, CBT Journal, Exposure Journal, Unsent Journal, Daily Reflection, Gratitude, and Journal Prompts. Voice Journal lets you express your thoughts aloud and transcribe them into written entries, making it easier to capture experiences when writing isn’t convenient. Pro users can also retain their audio journals. Structured journaling tools provide different approaches to exploring thoughts, reflecting on emotions, processing experiences, and working through personal challenges. 4. AI-Powered Insights Symplia helps you review your mental health records and reflections to notice recurring themes and patterns over time. Its insights bring together relevant information from your tracking and journaling to support greater awareness of your experiences. Rather than looking at each entry in isolation, you can use these reflections to consider what keeps coming up, revisit changes over time, and identify topics you may want to explore further, including in therapy. 5. Personal Goals and Ongoing Work Symplia provides tools for recording personal goals, tracking therapy-related homework, and reflecting on progress. This helps you keep the things you’re working on connected to your broader mental health journey. Whether you’re exploring a difficult experience, working towards a goal, or reflecting on something discussed in therapy, Symplia gives you a place to record your experiences and return to them over time. Who Is Symplia For? Symplia is designed for people who want to take a more active role in understanding and managing their mental health.
