It empowers organizations with actionable insights, data governance, and enhanced decision-making capabilities. This can be used in every industry very easily, and even small businesses can implement this software to get the proper number of data with excellent analytics. **What do you dislike about SymphonyAI Sensa?** Sometimes this is not that much capable for a few systems and their configuration. This is scaling now so that issue will be solved and customer support will be more active, and users will use it frequently, and can do easy integration in their systems. **What problems is SymphonyAI Sensa solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a software-oriented person, I see machine learning and AI nowadays as very efficient in addressing problems. It solves issues with given commands and also with their own machine codes. Web based interface is straightforward. We used hundred of thousands of records but data processing is fast and hasn't crashed. Visualization is beautiful and provided with handy navigation, with necessary descriptive statistics. **What do you dislike about SymphonyAI Sensa?** I don't understand why they separated Ayasdi Care and Workbench, hope they have one tool that can consume one data source but several analytics. To use Ayasdi Care you need to learn Python SDK and should be handy enough to deal with it. **Recommendations to others considering SymphonyAI Sensa:** You should make sure what's main purpose of buying Ayasdi. It is not a dashboarding tool like Tableau.
