Web based interface is straightforward. We used hundred of thousands of records but data processing is fast and hasn't crashed. Visualization is beautiful and provided with handy navigation, with necessary descriptive statistics. **What do you dislike about SymphonyAI Sensa?** I don't understand why they separated Ayasdi Care and Workbench, hope they have one tool that can consume one data source but several analytics. To use Ayasdi Care you need to learn Python SDK and should be handy enough to deal with it. **Recommendations to others considering SymphonyAI Sensa:** You should make sure what's main purpose of buying Ayasdi. It is not a dashboarding tool like Tableau.
