The Chime Feature in Symphony is Good. And also we can view multiple chats in a single dashboard which is really good and we can switch back and fro. Symphony integration is also good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Personally I only use it as a developer, but I can say that the platform is very well documented to start using the api in an easy and fast way, so far I didn't have a big issue, but I just implemented a basic bot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
